When I asked Eos to please let me see the camera footage or at least hand it over to the police, they refused unless they had official paperwork demanding that they had to hand it over. This was the evidence necessary to prosecute this creep in the gym who's secretly taking photos of women and getting away with it. After I moved away from Arizona, their membership subscription recurred constantly, and I had to get into an argument over email to get it canceled. Not only did they let a creep get photos of my girlfriend and get away with it, even when we had eyewitnesses and all we needed was just to see the evidence as well as the police, but they will suck you up for as much money as they possibly can.

It has free weights, machines, and cardio equipment and a single activities room with a few classes. It makes up for the lack of extras with the low price. My biggest complaints are the new hours, they close at 10pm on weekdays which is too early and 7pm on weekends again too early. Another problem is the upkeep of some machines and items, many machines and other work out aids could use replacement or repair. The high turnover in staff is ok as the replacements usually seem to be pretty nice. I have been going here for 8 years now so it can't be too bad.

There are numerous hand sanitizing dispensers which are always empty. The attached Pics tell the story. Some machines are so neglected ( Dirt and Lubrication) they hardly operate properly. I hope ownership finally acts with the necessary steps to improve this facility, showing respect for its members, as there are so many good aspects of this gym that are currently being outweighed by the bad ones.

I hopped on a Precor treadmill and tried to connect my iPhone. No luck. I asked staff on the floor if there was an app. No one knew. I went home and did a quick Google search. Precor uses the Preva app. Downloaded it. The app immediately asked for a club code. I called the Chandler location. Spoke with two people. Neither knew what I was talking about. I called two other locations. Same result. I finally spoke with an assistant manager. They checked with the general manager. Still no answer. Not a single person knew that Precor even has its own app. That alone was surprising. What happened next was worse. The assistant manager told me to call corporate. I did. The person who answered had clear attitude, no answers, and no idea who could help. I was then given the phone number for a local Precor sales rep. That is not a support experience. That is a handoff. I am writing this from two perspectives. 1) As a club member, this was frustrating and disappointing. 2)As a business consultant, this is exactly the kind of frontline failure I would escalate to ownership. You promote premium equipment, but your staff is not trained on basic features members actually use. You promote friendliness, but the experience felt indifferent, plus corporate attitude. You promote community, but new members are left to figure things out on their own. Mountainside Fitness started with smiles and towels. Somewhere along the way, the smiles stopped meaning much. (P.S. gave two stars because the physical gym is nice, equipment is good. But then again, that is the entry level expectation that every decent gym has. Customer service is the differentiator)
