Without going into personal details, Dr Amadpour had a hunch I had a certain manageable condition while other ER docs disagreed. Had they won out, the treatment likely would have been very detrimental to me, then and into the future. My 2-star rating has NOTHING to do with Dr. A and everything to do with his miserable practice staff. With tragically few exceptions, they are ICE COLD. You can't get a friendly worker EVER. They seem unhappy to be there, unwilling to treat patients with care and compassion. Trying calling for ANY reason. It ALWAYS goes to voicemail and those calls are ignored. I tried time and again to get my records forwarded to a new GI doc where I now live. No returned calls. Period. I even FAXED the request and never heard back. I cannot more highly recommend DOCTOR Amadpour. Sadly, you have to go through his PRACTICE to reach him. For this patient, it stopped being worth the abuse.

His lack of enthusiasm helping my Mother get into a home. He lied on the paperwork. I confronted him and he told me to trust him. His lack of honesty caused Mom to get denied. After telling me to trust him. Between the lies and infection. Do not recommend using him in a nursing home. His office hours hospital visits and nursing home visits kept him way too busy.
