The designer brands and prices are amazing. The clothes, shoes and accessories are beautiful. The baby and kids' clothes are super adorable and affordable and there's so much to choose from. The people that work there are so sweet and helpful, they make it a pleasure to shop. They start at 60% off when they open and as the season goes on, they go down in price, but you wouldn't want to try and wait until it's cheaper because it probably wouldn't be there the next time you stopped in. I have bought everything from baby clothes to my husband some shoes and clothes and even house goods as well. I never know what I am going to find every time I shop, even from one shopping day to the next because they are always adding new merchandise. It is such a cool and fun shopping experience to go alone or with friends. I can't wait to go again. read more

They did not order it like they were supposed to and it came in WAY too long. Every appointment after that for alterations were horrible. I felt SUPER uncomfortable and the seamstress wouldn't explain things to me when I didn't understand. (I'm not a big dress wearer so all things alterations are gibberish to me). When I went to my last appointment to check them gem, I didn't like it because I felt it was too short (you could see the tops of my feet) and I was given nothing but attitude and basically told I was wrong for not liking my hem. Now I've picked up my dress, got home to try it on and show my mother, the hem is EXTREMELY uneven. Like, she just completely forgot to cut half of my dress. (We're talking a good 2-3 inches of extra fabric). The lace is peeling up I'm pretty much every spot it was re-laid (can't think of the correct word) AND I was charged not only for all the alterations (which is obviously expected) BUT ALSO the custom length order, that wasn't even done. So now I'm 2 weeks out from my wedding and i have to fix my wedding dress MYSELF because they did such a crappy job. I will never buy from here again or recommend to anyone.

I showed up yesterday to pick up my glasses that were ordered two weeks prior. The office is open…read morefrom 8:00-5:00, but I am at work from 8:00 until 4:30. Since I only get a thirty-minute lunch and work on the other side of Tupelo, I rushed to pick them up when I got off of work. I arrived in the parking lot at 4:57 and walked up to a locked door. When the receptionist saw me pull on the door, she made eye contact. I told her I needed to pick up my glasses (through the door because they never moved) ... she proceeded to shake her head no at me. The lady from the glasses side saw me outside and came to the door and asked if she could help me. At this time, it is STILL only 4:59, which I explained and apologized for being late, but that it was my only opportunity to pick them up. She was very understanding, and the only positive to this place. I will be changing my eye doctor after this experience. I understand that everyone wants to go home, but if you are on the clock, you need to unlock the door and assist customers.
