Worst experience I've ever had owner tried to force me to get and pay for something I did not want, she rush me to pick and when I was ready but she was she forced a choice on me. When I expressed that I was upset because I was not ready she told me then I should leave because I said I was upset. My moms mail tech left the chair for 13 minutes and when I acquired of his where abouts they said he's in the back I think. Then he said oh I'm letting the set dry. He comes back after I ask for him but steady stopping to use his phone. Which is the reason he was in the back. I'm clearly frustrated because it's my mom and shes sitting quietly but everyone giving me the eye to say yeah he wrong. My nail tech - was cool and quiet and started my nails but once I quietly told him my frustration he started chanting under his breath what sounds like " stupid animal " no joke seriously. I'm like maybe he singing so I ask him what is he saying and he said maybe singing maybes talking . My translation wasn't working. By the 15th chant I say it sounds like you're saying stupid animal and he says, " it's Vietnamese and it sounds crazy right" and he kinda stops after that. I know the prices have no problem paying them but when they are playing mind games and being rude I decided to leave and just pay them for the services they had did that far . My friend and I enjoyed deluxe pedicures and they were fabulous! Both ladies were attentive, friendly, and did an amazing job. The environment was clean, we were very comfortable and despite it being a busy Saturday morning, we did not feel rushed. And..... my feet feel softer than a baby's butt! This is my to-go-to nail salon. Every tech I've been attended by has done an excellent job. Mai is not only a nail technician, but a friend of mine. My son loves her. She's been my girl for about 7-8 years now. Tina always does a great job with my pedicure and I enjoy the hot stone massage every time. I'm typically always pressed for time, so I usually have both services performed at the same time and I'm in and out in about an hour. When I have more time to spare, I turn on the chair massage and enjoy a cup of wine. The ladies are so friendly and the place is clean. Appointments are not required as they accept walk in's... They give you a stamp card and stamp when you come in. Your 11th visit will include a free spa pedicure, so come in by and stamp away! read more

Ali is so amazing at doing nails and she takes her time to do an excellent job. I'm always excited after she does my acrylic nails because they look so beautiful. My nail beds are very sensitive but she always is gentle and I'm never uncomfortable getting my nails done with her. I got a pedicure done by another lady and I was also very pleased. I just get the basic pedicure which is $20 dollars, but that doesn't include much beyond a foot soak, cuticle trimming, and polish. They offer better pedicure packages but I don't particularly like to do all the extra stuff. read more

I came here last month to get shellac and the technician made me bleed and the polish was on my skin as well. This month I decided to give it one more chance with a different technician... big mistake. This technician took a total of 20 minutes on my manicure. I went back to Fashion Nails with dipped nails. They DO NOT know how to do nail dipping. The great thing about having nails dipped is the gentler removal (acetone) instead of sanding. Amy used a dremel. The final coat was lumpy and the shape was off. She's done my solar nails in the past and did an awesome job. I won't be back. read more

I went for manicure. I had already prepared myself for the disappointment but didn't think it would go this way. Reason why I knew I would be disappointed is because for some reason no matter where you go if you ask for just a manicure they try to up sell you on another service and if you say no they do a bad job seems like intentionally. So the lady soaks my nails in water for like 2 minutes, cuts my cuticles which is the only reason I went to get a manicure because I can't do so myself. Puts oil on my hands and starts applying a base coat on top of nail polish I previously had!!! I had a feeling she would do so when she started cutting my cuticles and I still had polish on but I gave her the benefit of the doubt! I stop her and told her 'I've got polish on' and she seemed confused... she starts removing it but very lightly and proceeds when I STILL had some there so I literally had to ask her to do every finger. I wasn't satisfied but still was nice and tipped. I understand $15 for a manicure might not be worth their time and they'd rather help someone who will get a more expensive service but I just find it frustrating! I won't give them one start because I've gotten my eyebrows done there and I was happy with that but not going back for my nails. Oh and it's rare they great anybody when they come in.. read more

Johnny was absolutely amazing (ask for him to do your pedicure), he takes so much care and has truly mastered the technique of a warm and relaxing massage! I have been a customer here since 2013, have spent thousands of dollars with Fashion Nail Spa--but, as I indicated to them this week, I will not be returning. A few weeks ago they gave a pedicure and manicure that was a bad experience, they really messed up. When I brought this to their attention and requested a credit or redo, they said next time they would give me a credit. When the next time came, they said not this time, but the next time they would. So, with my visit on November 25th I insisted on a credit. After much discussion, most of which I couldn't understand (perhaps only those who speak Vietnamese should be their customers; conveying one's requests to them is often quite difficult), they reluctantly credited me $10, much less than the botched pedicure and manicure referenced above cost me. I feel like I have been abused as a frequent customer and taken advantage of. I will find a salon that appreciates my business. read more

This is my second time coming to Fashion Nails. One thing I really dislike is when the person who is doing your nails is on the phone the whole time, that's very unprofessional! This was very emotional for me. I have been going here for about a year. I start paying attention more when I go there. I realized that they are prejudice. I always make an appointment. The last 3 times I went I had to wait, no one was in AMY's Chair when I arrived and the customer who came in about the same time I did (each time was white) got to go before me without having a appointment.
