However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.

Called ahead and asked if they had availability for 3 pedicures- asked specifically if there would be a wait - he said "No, no wait." We arrived ten minutes later, led to the back, got seated, had us soak our feet... and made to wait. They only had 3 technicians in the whole salon, and all 3 were already working on other customers. After 5-10 minutes, 2 techs got done with their clients and started on two of us. Our third person was left waiting for at least 20-25 minutes before a tech finally started working on her. We did not appreciate them saying they was no wait, knowing full well they didn't have techs available to service 3 pedis. Giving them 4 stars because they are small family shop and seemed like they're trying their best. They were not loud or pushy. They did not have a lot of colors to choose from, did not offer drinks, and don't have a ton of technicians.

They had a new lady who cut me extensively during my pedicure. You ever get a nail tech who is new or doesn't know what they are doing? They move differently during the service. Usually slower, choppy cuticle cutting style, etc. This was yesterday. Cuticles are super sore today. Even my usual manicure tech cut me yesterday. I went in around 4:30pm and no one was there. I got into the chair instantly. It's not the most up to date spot but doable. I had experienced okay service before and needed something close by and quick. I won't make that mistake again. Their door says they take visa and other credit cards. The tech kept pushing me to use my debit card. I use my credit cards for everything to get points. I understand why they push debit and cash but it's just off putting. Also the techs are literally hovering over you while you check out to see what amount for the tip you will leave. Makes things super uncomfortable. This will be the last time I'll go back. They are empty for a reason. Avoid. You deserve better.

We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.
