This is the first nail salon I've visited a second time! Both times my nails came out perfectly what I asked for! I don't remember my first nail techs name, but for my 2nd set Nancy did a phenomenal job! She actually listened to what I wanted, checked in with me every step of the way, and accepted feedback throughout the service! My nails came out absolutely gorgeous and I plan to be back again and again. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. My pedicure went amazing as well! I had a deluxe pedicure (45$) the tech had a terrible attitude, check and make sure they put the timer for 10 minutes because she only put 5 min and she spent half of that putting stuff up, definitely not worth it, there's other places that do more for the same cost read more

Dear business owner, Duke, I have no idea how to reply to you directly however, my review was not fake at all! I find it laughable that you say to talk to your front desk. I talked to at least three different people from your front desk, who all claimed to be "managers"! I rarely leave reviews, and I have to be pretty disappointed and incensed to leave a review and the fact that you dismissed me and never returned my calls... speaks to your business mind and business model aka $$ with zero regard for your customers. How easy is it for you to just dismiss bad service and never ever contact me even though I had left my phone number and contact information multiple times. What if your tech gave me a life-threatening infection from cutting my finger? Ahh, the care you have. You, sir, or madam, are charlatan and a damn joke. I didn't have an appointment but check in was easy at the Domain nail bar. I needed a simple pedicure. Opted for the package that included a foot massage and shellac. It was very relaxing in the salon and not crowded. There were so many stations and I felt very pampered. I can't remember my techs name but she was good. Great massage and my wine glass was filled a couple of times. The polish was a little thick on my big toe,otherwise no complaints. I will return. read more

This place is nice but last time I came for a pedicure they set me up in the chair and then no one came to start my (and the lady across from me's) pedicures for over a half an hour. I wouldn't have mind waiting if this had been communicated prior. Both times I have been there I asked the nail tech to please not trim my nails, just file them and both times they clip, clipped all my length away. This place has potential to be a 4/5 star location but COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Listen to your customers and be up-front when you have staffing issues. read more

Absolutely adore the ambiance here. Everyone is extremely friendly, and my nails always come out stunning! I haven't run into any issues booking appointments with them and they're always on time! I prefer Vee and Yuki for my nails because they can do amazing designs and I could show ANY photo and my nails would look basically identical. Nice and clean space. I asked my nail lady (Diane) to "PLEASE DON'T CUT MY CUTICLES." She proceeded to cut every nail's cuticles saying "just a little." She gashed two of my toes beyond the cuticle area and the other cuticles are all chopped up and look dry and crooked. The nail polish came off of four toes before the week was over. I went back, they fixed the polish for free of course. They had the same Diane re-polish and when she saw the gashes, she had the nerve to tell me I had sensitive skin! Now two weeks since the first visit and I still have scabs on my toes. NOT HAPPY. read more

I've been going to Paulina for my nails for over a year and she is always very friendly and does a great job. Pricing is totally fair. This new location is huge and so clean! There are so many color options to choose from.
