Additionally, another lady sat down next to me and she was not asked to wait 20 more minutes. This really peed me off, this should had been said at the door. I will say the chairs are not that comfy as they're office chairs and they're kinda hard to move back and forth. I also felt like it's not like the quick experienced nail tech since it felt like she struggled to clip my toe nails. Also note that there's no parking validation and check out where to park beforehand. Parking right outside costed $8 for 1 hr. I'm newish to Indy and usually dont get pedicures so I don't have a regular spot. This works in a pinch but I think I'd rather go somewhere else that may be further away from downtown for a tech that can properly trim nails.
