my sister and i had scheduled appointments for 4:30 and we got there at around 4:15. we get in and are sat, and the woman starts my sisters nails. then at maybe 4 twenty something, another woman walks in and our nail lady leaves us for maybe thirty minutes and finally she continues working on us. i understand that there were like two or three people working, but that was just annoying. our nails look good, a bit bumpy, but that might be on me/the glitter. our nails are about the same length, my sisters slightly longer, but the same amount of acrylic was used on both. somehow, my sisters slightly longer nails raised the price ten whole dollars. it's fine and pretty inside but it was annoying. probably won't return. update: uncured gel on my nails, don't go here if they allow that read more

I used to come here all the time years ago .. and since management has changed there seems to be no consistency. My most recent visit was disappointing. I signed in and there were only 3 customers there at the time. About 10 mins later - they ran my water for my pedicure and I sat soaking me feet for 45 minutes - making it difficult to walk out. Meanwhile the man working took a woman who walked in 15 mins after me to do her manicure. Had I know I'd have to wait almost an hour - I would have left due to my schedule for the day. They kept walking over every 15 mins or so to talk to me about color etc - but it was just a way to stall. I asked for the $45 package and they all seemed to "discuss" what it entailed. My pedicure was fine, but when I went to leave - my charges were $59 so they obviously misunderstood and gave me the wrong pedicure. Don't waste your money at this nail salon and go somewhere else. Terrible job on my nail dip. He (2nd table from front) was rude and knew I was not happy and did nothing to fix. He also cut 3 of my fingers. I didn't see him sanitize his drill bits after my fingers were bleeding and the next customer sat down. read more

This place is really hit or miss. I've gotten really great acrylics for $48, and really awful ones for $60. Not sure why prices seem to change all the time, especially since the $48 nails had 5 different colors and my $60 only had 1 color. Make sure you specify what you want (especially shape) because sometimes they seem to give you whatever they feel like. Don't bother coming here unless you want to spend at least 3-4 hours here for just a manicure. They take reservations, but they don't honor them. They will take a walk-in before the reservation. Sometimes you will be waiting for the nail technician to come back from break, only find out he's high doing your nails. Very expensive too. Instead go across the street to the mall. The people here take their time and I have yet to find any other nail salon around my area that does nails the way they do. If I express concern about how my nails look, they'll instantly be fixed without question. It's a clean environment and I enjoy the music they play. I highly recommend this place. Another thing that I love about this nail salon is that it doesn't really matter who you go to get your nails done, everyone does an exceptionally good job. I've never felt so rushed in my life.The guy was very rude, told me to wait to pick my color out then when I went back to my nail tech he was like did you pick a color and I said no so he came back with one book and made me pick from that one... didn't suggest looking on the wall of nail polishes. He rushed the file the polish off, very touch with my fingers. He burnt me multiples times and then after saying ouch 3 times he was like your nails are this way and that's what's wrong.. trying to justify how shitty they look. We waited 30 minutes when we were the second people in there after they opened, they took other clients before us, the guy who did my nails made a rude comment about me being a nail biter. He charged my friend $80 for her nails she got super short white French tips when they said it was only $50 for a full set. I got the same ones but pink French tip and he charged me $75, my card got declined so I used what was left on my Apple Pay my Apple Pay also got declined and every time it got declined it took $1 off my card. We tried to run my card for smaller amounts and still was declined, I looked on my transactions and it took $1 off my card each time it was declined also, DONT GO HERE!!!! my nails are cute but definitely not worth 75 for a short set! I did a walk in appointment for a gel manicure with nail design. The design wasn't anything difficult, and I showed the tech a reference picture and he agreed that it could be done. I asked if he thought I should get extensions in order for the design to come out correctly and he said no it would be fine without the extensions. When it came time to pick my colors, I chose white for my base, and two other colors for the design. He told me that I did not need the white for the base and to just use my natural color, which was very odd considering that's not what I had shown in the reference picture but I took his opinion. While he was filing my nails, he kept scraping my skin and it was burning and I left with open sores around my nails. Problem number 1. When it came time to apply the colors, the light pink I chose was not showing up... hmm maybe because he refused to put the base coat of white before starting my design! I asked again if he could please put the base coat of white before just jumping into the design and he again refused and said that the natural color of my nail is the base coat. He also then told me the design wouldn't look good anyways because my nails were too short... which is why in the beginning i asked if he thought I should add on the extensions, but again I listened to his terrible advice. At this point I was clearly frustrated so I had him just do a french manicure because I was over it. His colleague sitting next to him saw all of it and never mentioned to try and help and I was still rung out for the full price, even after my skin was filed, and I didn't receive anything near what I had asked. Terrible service I will never go again or recommend any of my friends to go. Sad part is that I had a few friends that actually recommended this place to me and after they saw what happened, they will never return. 0/10 for me. Me and my daughter came in to get a pedi and a full set. The women there are nice but the guys are rude and have very poor customer service. People that came in after us got seated and service provided before us. My daughter had to wait while her nail guy left after seating her and then stopped doin her nails to fix somebody else's. My pedicure lady cut my toe and my pedi was rushed because they started to get busy. They are definitely overpriced for what you get from them. I went to get my nails done and when I was getting my cuticles cut the guy cut my skin. Instead of just leaving it alone he kept trying to put on some glue and sprays. It didn't stop bleeding for a while and now a few days later it is infected. I don't recommend going to this nail salon or at least make sure you don't have this guy read more
