And nail girls, who double book or book another customer in the middle of my appointment are out. So after many nail salons, I found this one. This is not a big store, a little disorganized, but very friendly. Soon as I walked in, Heather, the owner of the salon greeted me loud. And she keeps entertaining. They use sterilized tools that means they open the blue pack of tools in front of customers. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a good job. I even brought my husband cuz he has ingrown toe nails. And Tim did a great job on his ingrown toe nails and my husband became a repeated customer also. Highly recommended.

Then twice in a row we made an appointment & they made us wait 30 to 45mins. At one point a lady who made an appointment for 30mins after us, went ahead of us. I feel like the combination of poor quality & poor customer service. We won't be back!
