Guy at front grabs the gel color swatches and hands to me then directs me to a pedicure chair in the back. I have never been here before so the process was new. A cute older lady was setting up the chair for me and did most of the pedicure treatment. She didn't seem to speak much English but pointed to the pedicure price menu. She also showed me the volcano pedi menu hoo wee that would be a real treat for a special occasion but too rich for my blood. I had gel that needed to be removed and I get it that it is a bit time consuming. But daaaang the pedicure and mani took FOREVER. I appreciate a nail place taking time to have attention to detail and not rushing but this was a very long mani pedi. When the polish was removed the guy from the front took over. He smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was a bit of a turnoff. He did however make sure I was happy with the selection of gel color and explained that the confetti gel was clear. And that I might want a solid color under it so I chose white. It was a good choice and I am very happy with the gel color. He also shaped my fingernails very nicely. The color was applied very carefully and I have had a lot of compliments. What wasn't that great in the visit besides the long a$$ time was he cut me a few times with a very sharp tool. Near the end of the pedi he pressed down on the cut with a towel and said he has cut me and will put medicine on it. He put some white cream on the cut. The lady had also nicked me, which was disappointing. The other not so great thing was at the end when I was paying. I gave the guy a cash tip and paid for the service on a card. I was getting my keys out to leave and the guy asked if I wanted him to split the tip with the lady? What? Is that a passive aggressive way to say I needed to give another tip to the lady as well? It was a bit rude and a turnoff. Overall the gel was very nice but such a long time to get done especially when I was the only customer there most of the time.

Made an appointment with…read moreDenis for an all over color and a haircut, when I got home I noticed that my hair was cut all uneven and chopped up and also noticed that it had a green tint. I tried to contact Denis over the next several days with no response, in the meantime the green highlights were becoming more pronounced. After 7 days I had Jen at Ulta fix my hair and she did a beautiful job!!! Denis finally contacted me with a text (9 days later) and I told him what had happened and his response was "did they fix it" Unbelievable! I asked for a refund and never heard back from him. This was the worst experience I have ever had with my hair. I would again like to say thankyou to Jen at Ulta for fixing my hair. I've posted before and after photos
