The girl that helped me at the register seemed a little brain dead. She returns the shirt and then I tell her I wanna order the hat because you guys don't have it in the store. So she asked me so you wanna re-order this hat and I said yes and for some reason, she's having a problem at the register with my phone number and she had to ask me for it at least seven times, it was extremely annoying. I don't know why it took her so many times. I don't think she had a clue what she was doing at the computer. I have no idea if she knows how to work that computer but definitely seemed like she didn't. As I mentioned, she asked me do you want to re-order this hat? I said yes I do and she looks at the hat and starts the order. Now obviously I'm assuming she's completely doing it right so the transaction was over and I left. Later on that day, I look at my email to see what's the status of the hat and she orders me a shirt instead. How incompetent can you possibly be to mess that up!? She told me you want this hat and I said yes, she's even looking at the hat. I don't understand how that mistake gets made. She looks at the hat asked me you want this hat but we don't have it in store and she said we'll order it for you. Absolutely dumbfounded how you can make this mistake. I wasted my time and now money is coming out of my account because of her idiotic mistake. Tillys, please hire people with working brain cells, cause clearly this girl doesn't have a single cell in that brain. What a disaster of a situation. Biggest waste of time. Completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately we were having no luck finding something we liked and when I went back to the register, the original clerk stared at me , until another clerk asked me "if I was ok? When the original clerk said the best she could do was give me store credit, that's when we proceeded to look for something else. I couldn't believe the service received this visit as this was NOT what not the service I received on my first visit. The exchange/return policy is small at the register which I originally didn't notice. Horrible customer service! I will not be shopping at this location again. Don't waste your time in this specific location. I would have rated a zero but unfortunately I had to put one star rating.

If a customer gets injured in the store, the basic expectation is that staff check on their well-being and offer assistance. Because of this experience, I don't plan on returning. Well yesterday was no exception. I got sucked in as soon as I saw one of the manequins modeling a really cute top.. god im such a girl sometimes. Anyways, as soon as I walked in I received a warm greeting from one of the associates. In my head im cursing myself for not having any self control, as she tells me about the 50% off clearance or whatever on the back wall... i dont know, I wasn't paying attention.. but I do appreciate how friendly and attentive she and the other associates were. Within only a few min of being in the store and already having picked out two items, another sales associate comes up and asks if id like a fitting room started. So I hand her my things and she asks me my name so I make up something easy like Rita and she runs off to the other end of the store. Well within seconds of picking out another item, another associate is on me like flies on poop to get me a fitting room started. I didnt even have to tell her my name was "rita" either, because she just ran off and when I went to try on the clothes I picked out, everything was laid out nicely in the fitting room for me. So moments later I go to pay for my things. The cute guy at the register asks me if anybody was helping me today, so I look around for one of the 3 girls that helped me out, I spot one, point to her and say "HER", like she commited some crime or something. I just wanted to make sure she gets credit for being so damn helpful. Well I pay for my things, and then just like at nordstrom, the guy walks around the counter to give me my bag instead of sliding it across the counter like they do at other stores. I thought that was cool.. especially with how pricey their clothes are. Overall, GUESS gets 5 stars from me. Stylish clothes and great service means I will definitely be coming back again.

Whatever happened to, "Is there anything I can help you find?" or "Let me know if you need a different size"? A simple greeting is nice, but customer service should go a little further than that. Anyways, I'm going on a Vegas trip and wanted to pick up a new outfit. I found a shirt I really liked and tried it on, but it was a little too small, so I asked an employee if they had a larger size. He simply told me that was the last one. I understand if it's sold out, but I was surprised he didn't offer to check another location or see if another store could ship it here. I used to work at a mall, and I remember stores doing that for customers. Maybe G by Guess doesn't offer that, which is fine, but at least offering to check would have shown some effort. It wasn't that the shirt was unavailable that disappointed me. It was the lack of effort to help find another option. I ended up walking out and buying my Vegas outfit somewhere else.
