I purchased online and to find out a xl leggings looks like a extra extra small not even my 100lb sister could fit in them i went to the store, they argued it's not their problem"if the tag says xl than xl it is, SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO WITH THEM?? brand new !! This used to be my go to shopping place , one of the only places that carried plus size clothes around me I was able to get a whole outfit and shoes in one place. I went recently and was shocked to see that the once large plus size section towards the back of the store turned into on tiny rack with basically only spaghetti strap tops. The clothes were always affordable and the girls were pleasant even asked on what happed to the plus sizes? She told me they were selling but it was decided not to restock them, haven't been back ever since ; just wish they would bring them back .I spent a lot of money from ages 15-23 shopping there every weekend , sadly it's just an XS-L store now. ‍ read more

Well I was SUPER excited to come to this place because I saw a video on it and the clothes looked super cute. Not only that it was advertised as affordable I will give them that, their clothes are decently priced. The clothes section was terrible it gave me like 2010 vibes. Also all the clothes that I thought were kinda cute only came in small and I just wanted a medium so if you are looking for Large or extra large they will not have it. They mainly only had small for everything. The service was decent they said hi to me when I came it that's about it. Also you are not allowed to try on white clothes they said they don't want it to get stained and if you really want to try it on you can but if you stain it you have to pay for it. I am a person that cannot buy anything unless I try it on so it's unfortunate that they have this rule. Expect to find size small in styles you're interested in. Fitting rooms close 30 min before store closing. Bought a couple tops for a trip ended up having to return some because they didn't fit right, the receipt said you have 10 days to return so I went in to return them I wait at the front I see a lady just sitting behind the counter on the phone I stand there for a few minutes waiting to be helped til a customer got her attention she had an attitude about my waiting then she called over her worker to help me out, all that waiting just so they couldn't take the tops because they had a security clip on them before they were purchased?!? No where in the receipt or their policy online does it say you can't return them for having a security clip on the top before buying!! Please tell your customers that before they buy because you can't even try them on so you have to guess if they'll fit you! I went in with my friend a few months ago and my friend told me that the girls would look at me with an ugly face. Like why stare at someone and judge how they dress or look? They are typically nice even when I go up to them and ask questions. I get a lot of my staples from here as the prices are great and clothes are cute. We just left literally a minute ago. Wish I caught her name but an employee was standing at the counter as we walked up to check out and even though she saw us standing there she continues to have a personal conversation about her 20th birthday that is coming up. After she finally acknowledged us and asked if we were ready she told another girl to stop hanging inventory and to come up to the counter and ring us up. Even the employee didn't understand why and asked her why she couldn't since she was up there. She then proceeds to look at us and say she's leaving. However, she didn't leave. She stayed on the sales floor talking to another employee about her birthday plans while blocking the entry/exit door. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn't catch her name but this was as 4:40 on 2/26/21 and she had on a cropped white top with pin striped pants with her short curly hair pulled back. I would encourage the owner to address this issue before more customers are lost. I will never return here or recommend anyone to shop here. despite the fact that their clothes are nice, the employees here need to change their attitude. they're not welcoming at all and when I pointed out that something was cheaper online the girl responded with "yeah that happens we don't price match" if this was the case I would have saved myself a trip and ordered online because it was cheaper and I wouldn't have had to deal with the employees attitude.
