***BEWARE, STAY AWAY*** As a business owner I hate, in fact I have never written a bad review because I know how harmful it is for the business BUT this one really deserves my ZERO star if there was the option. I came premature shopping before having a mommy make over because I was nervous and wanted to get things ready. Turns out the fajas recommended by the sales rep were too small, my doctor said get bigger sizes to be comfortable. As I was in bed rest I sent my husband to replace them, he didn't and got store credit(oh because they don't do cash back, only store credit) which by the way was never mentioned. Today my first day out, I came to the store to get the exact same thing I originally got but bigger sizes. I'm thinking no big deal they got my purchase history and what I paid for the fajas(the first sales rep gave me a discount for buying 2 of them) have in mind they are pricey but I didn't want to shop around. What really upset me was the terrible customer service. In order to do the purchase the sales rep needed to get authorization from the owner(I had a receipt with store credit on hand) had me waiting over 20 minutes and the owner never answered, finally I said "could you please call her, it can't be that difficult, you got my purchase history and technically I only need to get what I returned in a bigger size) the rep said "NO" it's store policy you need to wait, if I call the owner she will get upset. I said "so you rather have an upset customer". Finally, after asking her many times to please make the call (have in mind it's my first day out from my surgery, I'm getting tired and exhausted)the rep calls the owner and it turns out the owner said "do the purchase but she has to pay full price, the discount is no longer available" As a business owner and a buying customer I couldn't believe my ears, I would never have done such a thing to a client of mine. As business owners we are here to accommodate and honor discounts and prices we originally provided. Especially knowing the client was on bed rest and could not attend to this matter sooner. This business owner definitely DOES NOT have the courtesy and professionalism to keep a client. Something so simple as to make an even exchange for only larger sizes turned out into a nightmare. I ended up being at the store for over an hour waiting and trying to get my point across. The rep and the owner made no effort to do an even exchange. I will not be returning to this place. So sad to see and experience such a terrible quality service. I purchased a waist trainer from the Las Vegas store. Yes, I was aware of the no return/no refund policy. What I was never made aware during my purchase that there's latex in the trainer and now I am having an allergic reaction to it. I'm talking about the kind of itching that is only calmed by benadryl and salves! Contacted the merchant via Facebook and I only got a "sorry" and when I made the suggestion to provide the customer's with a warning of latex, they said they'd consider it. I am all for supporting small businesses, yet I am now out of $86 and some change due to their shady practices...I work too damn hard for my money to throw it to the wind. One of the worst experience with shape wear I have ever had! I bought the Columbia brand and it tore on the first day of wear!! I took it back 2 weeks after for an EXCHANGE not even a refund and the manager/owner refused to talk to me!! The employees would not even give me her name! I paid $150 for something that obviously is made poorly not to mention the poor sad customer service I received. I'll never go back there and don't recommend it to anyone. My waist trainer rolls down from the top and it does not cover my entire torso it's made like for someone very short. I am not that tall I am 5-4. The two wires in the front are coming down and it hurts. It wrinkles in the back. Not worth my $80.00 dollars. I tried to exchange it and they told me I was 7 days past the 30 days return policy that it is not printed on the receipt. I bought it on March 3rd try to exchange it on April 10.
