The 3rd place on the list a machine picked up and said to leave a message. Fast Towing was my 4th call and he answered on the first ring. Asked me what kind of car and what my location was. I called to ask for pricing and was told they'd call me back in 10mins., cool no problem. An hour goes by and I decide to call back. Whoever answers says something along the lines of, "you just called 5mins ago and hung up on me, have a good day" and then hung up on me. Apparently, a combination of they don't have caller ID and I sound exactly like the customer they just spoke to, plus not considering the next time the phone rings it could be a new customer, got me hung up on. So I didn't get the change to use their service, didn't get a call back and got hung up on. The only reason I'm giving two stars is I sort of feel bad for whoever hung up on me, because they must have just dealt with a really rude person to then just assume and hang up on me. read more

Mark was my guy. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I was stuck for about two hours, waiting in futility for my insurance company to dispatch a tow. After a quick search I decided to call Fast 5 Towing. They sent Mark out and he got to me in near 20 minutes. After realizing I didn't have the right equipment to successfully change the tire (no wheel lock) he ran back to get another vehicle with necessary equipment. He fought to get it to work, and successfully changed the tire. Was a terrible way to learn the car had locks on the wheels, but he did great to help without making me feel like a fool.
