I am not in Colorado, but our trailer IS and we were headed to the beautiful middle of nowhere (aahhh). So I needed to coordinate with The Spring Works for the proper timing of our appointment and the correct parts since we only had one day to get this done. I must have called Brian five or six times (or more) just being nervous about things going smoothly. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional, he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that it would be done right. We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

In October 2020 they replaced the radiator and water pump at my request. I was having over-heating…read moreproblems. As I was paying for this work a mechanic mentioned that he was surprised I didn't ask to replace the fan clutch. I had never heard of a fan clutch. I tested the work by driving out to the 18 Road trails and sure enough, it was still over-heating. So they replaced the fan clutch. It would have been cheaper of course to do everything at one time. A good shop would have mentioned that issue up front instead of trusting the customer to know the solutions. Soon after this work it snowed and the camper van mostly sat unused from late October 2020 to the end of March 2021. In May and June 2021, just months after this initial work, I had to have the water pump and fan clutch replaced by a shop in Junction. That means I got only 2 - 3 months use out of the parts they installed. They installed either junk or did a poor job of installing them. I won't be back there. The shop I use now is terrific and I'm having my two older vehicles being well maintained there. They include needed future work on the invoice so I can plan my maintenance and pre-empt problems when traveling in remote areas such as south Utah or the Colorado mountains.

My truck stopped…read morerunning near a busy overpass in town. 15 minutes after I called, the owner drove out, plugged a code reader into my truck and got it running. Awesome! I'll follow up with the fact they are honest. A dealer told me I needed $5,000 worth of parts replaced. Turns out I didn't. They addressed the issue and my truck is running better than ever. These guys can work on almost anything. They are friendly, straightforward and easy to work with. We plan on taking all of our vehicles here for regular maintenance.

Clemmer Welding LLC - I have to say that the guys at Clemmer welding did and excellent job on my…read morecar hauler trailer. When I bought the trailer 7 years ago it came with the ramps under the right side of the trailer. They slid in under the trailer on some tracks. 7 years later this became a problem for me and my back. I had to slide each one out, bend way over and pick it up them move around to the back of the trailer and place it in the groove. So I decided to get the ramps permanently moved to the back of the trailer so I would not have to lift them up each time. I contacted Clemmer and got an appointment. The guys were really nice and we discussed what I wanted, then they offered ideas on how to set it up. We finalized our plan and they finished all the work the same day. As you can see from the pics everything is well built and solid. If you have a welding project go top these guys they are great.
