So, there is very little I do not know or understand about automotive mechanics. I do all my own work except that which requires expensive computer analysis or adjustment equipment. What I can tell you about Shrums is they are an Honest Shop. Honest to a fault. Sam and his crew are highly skilled and will only do the work necessary to get the job done. Their pricing is at industry standards and fair. I own 4 automobiles all of which have over 150,000 miles on them so there have been needed repairs beyond my ability. I was having…read moresome transmission issues (clunking and failure to engage) with my 2017 Ford Expedition (151k miles). Wrench warning light on. I talked with them and decided to try a transmission fluid replacement since it might be low (no way to check, only from underneath) and was certainly tired after 150k miles. They had me completed in about an hour and checked many other items on the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. We made to LV and back with no further issues, although I do plan on getting transmission checked by a shop back here in NOCO. Highly recommend Brandon and his team, honest guys that treat the customer very well. If I lived in GJ, I would use these guys on a regular basis. Plus, they were open on a Sunday!
