I call my bank and they say they don't provide that documentation. So the teller tells me to call their vehicle services department. By the time I get through to the them, the Chico branch is closed and the vehicle services department tells me the branch should absolutely have taken the check or reached out to them about the issue. So now the bank is closed and I'll have to get time off work to drive all the way back to the branch in hopes they will do their job correctly this time.
