I had to…read morevisit NFCU to clarify a few things because I've been going back and forth with them and the DMV for months but the Coronavirus really interrupted my plans entirely. Came in for some loan/vehicle title things and barely waited 2 minutes. The staff was quick, efficient and patient. I want to say a special thanks to Erica and Craig for being incredibly helpful as well. I was especially happy to see an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser at the front being a nurse and what not. Haha, if I didn't live 45 minutes away I would definitely visit again for any inquiries with my NFCU account.

This has to be one of the better locations that I have been to. Yes the parking is busy, yes it has…read morea wait, but you would come to expect that since the other locations are not as good as this one. Also the parking is terrible because there are great restaurants around this location. The wait in line even if it is a long line is max 15 minutes, the staff at this location want to assist you as quickly and professionally as possible. Keep up the awesome work, this is definitely our home location and love it!!!
