I spoke to a representative named Patrick. I've spoken to him many times when they call to ask if i need a loan. When Patrick came back on the phone he told me. "SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU AT THIS TIME" Then don't tell me I'm approved! What a fricken waste of time!!!!!
