There are multiple tellers, thankfully only a few people in line, and overall they're out of there in 10 to 15 minutes. The neighborhood is definitely not the best. Given that it's in East Oakland, if you're not familiar with the area, it wouldn't be surprising if you were fearful or concerned about getting into a bad situation outside of the business. But for Oakland natives, we're right at home. Among the most important things to take note of if you have to go to this location, is that the parking spaces were very packed. Literally, almost no parking whatsoever available due to customers going to other businesses nearby. I highly recommend that you lock your car, and pay attention to those around you. Lastly, and this shouldn't be a surprise, but make sure that when you receive your cash, that you have it put away safely with that being a backpack, purse, wallet, etc. Since I have no complaints about the service that I witnessed, and my friend was also pleased with his encounter here, this location gets a 3/5.

This lying woman had the original person who issued me the first money make me a new one and even had it ready before i got there which really lets me know Luchia was trying to cover herself and deflect all wrong doing to the cashier when all she did was do her job, i wanted to simply get cash because i no longer trust their money orders and lying Luchia told me it was not possible, I have been going to this place for years but they lost my business because of this totally unneccessary easy to fix situation especially once it was determined Lying Luchia was at fault.
