Unprofessional. All of them are a joke. original review below: Worst car transport company ever. Made every single step of this process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Would leave negative stars if I could. - I booked them back in January for my May transport. Checked back in early-May and they had no idea what I was talking about - Did not show up to pickup my car when they were supposed to despite me telling them I was leaving the state, they suggested I leave my car in a WALMART PARKING LOT and stash the key because "it wouldn't be towed for 3 days" -Picked my car up 3 days later than they had agreed to after rescheduling not once, not twice, but three times - driver told me I was "hurting his feelings" when I told them I was not happy with the experience and that they were putting me in a horrible position as I had already left my car in NC, I was in CA and my apartment building had given me permission to leave the car one additional day past my lease - left my car in the tow yard for over 8 days and did not update me once on when I could expect my car - their driver to THREATENED TO BLOCK MY NUMBER when I asked for an update when they had my car in their possession - my car arrived to CA 14 days after the intended pickup date and I was asked if I could meet the driver elsewhere despite the agreement being that my car would be brought to my house because "it was more convenient for him" - the car was driven to my house instead of transported on a flat bed without my permission - not one person I spoke to was apologetic about the situation, they refused to reimburse me for the gas they used in driving the car from Long Beach to Inglewood, again without my permission $1400 for the experience I had is absolutely absurd. Everyone working for them is ridiculously unprofessional and don't know anything about providing good customer service. Every single person just passed the blame from one person to the next and it is clear that there is zero communication amongst them. In April 2023 I spoke to Cody, a driver for Fast Car Go, about shipping my son, Nathan's, 2009 Honda Civic. Cody was very responsive to communications, and eta's. On 4/29th as it was being backed down the trailer, I noticed the front bumper being scraped on both sides of the ramps of the trailer as it was off loaded. Cody immediately agreed to have the car repaired and was grateful I had caught the damages on film as it was unloaded, they showed he didn't damage the car but rather his local driver. However, he wanted me to have his driver pick the car up and taken to his preferred body shop. I was apprehensive about going through the shop they use. I was burned once before by the at fault party "I have a guy" and the work was subpar. I agreed to get some quotes from shops in the area and ended up just going through my insurance to assess the damage. The car being an older car, rather than deal with the hassle, I offered them to pay what would have been a $500 deductible and call it a wash. It seemed Cody thought I was trying to scam him and he deferred to Donna, business owner. She outright denied any reimbursement for the damages to the bumper on per Fast Car Go's bill of laden line item #10. "All vehicles lower than 5" from the ground the carrier will not be responsible for any scrapes, scratches or gauges to the bumper or front spoiler." I thought great, my car is completely stock and has a ride height of 6" at the lowest. I sent pictures of the car with a ruler on all four sides. Donna never replied to my calls, emails, nor my insurance adjustors afterwards. read more

EZ Booking company hired the carrier, Fast Car Go LLC to transport my car from San Diego, CA to VA Beach, Va. Horrible customer service. I am a very lieniant person and very easy to work along side. This service was stressful and unprofessional. The man who was supposed to pick up my car on the scheduled date texted and said "this was his second job and the traffic is horrible and asked to reschedule" I changed my plans for him and ended up driving from San Diego to Irvine to drop it off to him the next day. I was okay with it because I understand what it's like to have a busy schedule. They gave me information for the lady in charge, Donna, who doesn't answer the phone. Texts only. She sent me the drivers name and number along with her colleague Phitsana Daniels. Nobody ever reached out to me about the status of my car, I did all the reaching out. They did allow me to keep the car on site, Big Charlie's Truck Plaza in Virginia Beach free of charge for 10 days until I was in town, which was nice. I dropped it off on the 12th and it arrived on the 24th, I picked it up on the 6th. I payed Phitsana $1210, through the Navy Federal app then went to pick my car up. The disappointing part of my experience is how dirty my seats were. I contacted Phitsana and Donna and they both accused me of making false accusations. I was not harsh, I was just expressing my disappointment with how dirty my seats were and wanted to know why. They said nobody would have been in the passenger side seat, but that is false because there was a dirty paper floor mat. I asked if they could please pay HALF the expense to get the cars interior detailed ($80) and they said "it's not happening" I have all of the texts between these two people who were extremely defensive right away (which makes me believe this happens a lot) and rude. I am in the Navy transferring to Virginia and this was an absolutely horrible experience because now I have to pay to get my car cleaned and it feels very invasive. I would recommend EZ Booking company drop this carrier from there business to not cause any future customers from this unneeded stress. (I also am sure they put a few hundred miles on my car but unfortunately I do not have proof). If EZbooking decided to stay in business with them I would consider making them put plastic on the seats and maki g sure there drivers are clean and better trained. Also update- my car has two NEW Bluetooth connections .. "Alex's IPhone" and "FBI VAN 2". More proof. Also it looks like all the "5 star reviews" magically appeared one week ago at the same time. Moving from Wilmington NC and FASTCARGO was the auto shipping company that brought my car back to ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. They picked up my car on Thursday May 18th and they were nice people and said it would arrive this week on Wednesday. Then on May 22nd, a wonderful nice lady with FASTCARGO said they would be there on Monday. I explained I wasn't going to get to California till noon on Monday. A flight delay happened and I wrote Donna and told her and her reply was I will deliver it to the airport. I couldn't believe it. I took a picture of my cashier's check and I told her I would mail it once I got there. She went way out of her way to help me out. Where do you see this nowadays!
