First off, I want to say that the customer service and communication were excellent. Dayan is a genuinely kind person, and that's part of why I feel bad leaving this review. I brought in my 2009 Sienna for repairs, and the team quickly diagnosed several issues. They quoted me over $3,000 to fix everything and offered a discount, which I accepted. The repairs were completed, and they provided a 3-month warranty. However, I noticed the van still wasn't running properly, so I brought it back. They diagnosed additional issues with the shocks, brakes, and a leak in the power steering system. I paid another $700+ to have those fixed. About a week later, the van started making a horrible noise. When I called to bring it back in, Dayan informed me they had moved to Huntington Beach and were no longer operating in Menifee. Unfortunately, the distance made it impractical to drive the van there given its condition. I then took the van to a Toyota dealership for a full diagnostic. They informed me that many of the issues H2D Motors had supposedly fixed still needed repair. Unfortunately, I was just outside the 3-month warranty period by one week. I didn't proceed with repairs at Toyota due to the high cost, so I went to another mechanic who charged me $1,100 to fix everything. They discovered that a part related to the shocks had not been installed correctly or tightened properly, which caused the noise and damage to the new tires I had installed just a month earlier. It turned out to be a wheel bearing issue. After those repairs, the van finally ran as it should--no noise, no issues. While Dayan was great to work with, the overall experience was a major disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this shop based on the problems I encountered. read more

My vehicle 2015 F150 eco boost model was on PNO for a little over a year due to me taking some time off from work. When I went to get it smogged per the DMVs request, they ended up sending me home with an issue to get fixed before my truck would pass smog. I saw that H2D Motors didn't have many reviews but the ones they did have were all 5 star so I was hoping to reach out and hopefully get this fixed quickly. They went above and beyond my high expectations and told me right away they value my business and that their mechanical engineer could squeeze me in to fix it right away (keep in mind this was at 4pm and they were only going to be open until 5. They even stayed a little after just to make sure I didn't have to come back for my vehicle. They also had two lounge areas. To make a long story longer, I told the owner and engineer that they just earned a loyal customer for any work needed concerning both of my vehicles! Thanks Dani and Dayan. read more

Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Needed to get my A/C checked for my Range Rover. Dealership was behind a few days so my car wouldn't even get looked at for days. Found this new place on Yelp, didn't have many reviews, but Dayan from H2D responded quickly and gave me an appointment right away. Went in for my appointment, and immediately was greeted by Dayan and his team and took my car into the shop immediately. Did a full diagnostic along with the A/C pressure and leak test. All for free!!!!! Afterwards, they gave me a detailed report and recommendations for my car. Turns out I needed a new A/C compressor. Dayan took time to research multiple vendors and got me a great price on parts and labor that is unbeatable based on my own research. Thought it would take days to get the repair done, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! They got all the parts in the next day and when I brought my car in, they completed the entire job in one day! I was able to pick up my car the same day. From my past experiences, the dealership would have taken at least a few days. These guys are unbelievably skilled, professional and honest! When I tell you not only did their car estimate and total price beat the dealers price by more than 50%, but they did their own diagnostic, which indicated that the dealer's diagnostic was inaccurate.
