I reached out on December 23, right as the holidays were approaching, and he managed to find a driver that same day. We did negotiate the price, and I paid about $100 more than I originally anticipated, but it was definitely worth it. Arman answered the many, many questions I had and was always responsive. The driver who picked up my car on the 30th was professional, and the dispatch team was very communicative throughout the process. My car arrived on January 2nd..much faster than I expected, and in perfect condition. Thank you, Arman, and thank you to the subcontractor who delivered my car. Truly appreciate it!

With Patriot, communication was stellar throughout. After I submitted a quote request online, I received an email back within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. In short, they did everything they promised, with excellent communication throughout. I will never use anyone else.

The entire process was easy from start to finish. Max and his team worked hard and handled everything smoothly. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was dropped and broken while going down the stairs. The mover was very apologetic and Karl reimbursed some of the cost.

I contacted Nicole after a bad experience with a large auto transport broker, and after reading her reviews on Yelp. When I called her I thought I was contacting a trucking company directly, because I did NOT want to work with another broker. When she let me know that she was a broker, I was going to hang up and continue searching, but after listening to her tell me about how her dad used to drive a truck and her history of managing his business, I decided to get a quote from her. She explained to me that she works with a few select trucking companies, and wanted to use a private company with an owner-driver to transport my mom's car from CA to FL. Since she works directly with the owners of the company, I decided to contract with her to move our car. The experience was great from start to finish. Nicole was awesome about keeping in touch regarding pricing and the scheduling of pickup and delivery, and she made sure to keep in contact throughout the whole process. Everything went very smoothly, I was very happy with the trucking company, who also had amazing communication, and the customer service was awesome. Amazing service and pricing for the cross country move I did recently. Nicole was very responsive and helped me a lot whenever I had questions. My car (a Mazda Miata, which I care for dearly) was moved from CA to the east coast in about a week, and pick up and delivery times were flexible and the drivers were all very nice. Car was in good shape when it was delivered, and Nicole gave me updates when I asked about its progress. Thought the car was running, however, they were accommodating when they realized the car wasn't and they were able to use the lift and still get the car delivered no problem and on time. Unprofessional. All of them are a joke. original review below: Worst car transport company ever. Made every single step of this process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Would leave negative stars if I could. - I booked them back in January for my May transport. Checked back in early-May and they had no idea what I was talking about - Did not show up to pickup my car when they were supposed to despite me telling them I was leaving the state, they suggested I leave my car in a WALMART PARKING LOT and stash the key because "it wouldn't be towed for 3 days" -Picked my car up 3 days later than they had agreed to after rescheduling not once, not twice, but three times - driver told me I was "hurting his feelings" when I told them I was not happy with the experience and that they were putting me in a horrible position as I had already left my car in NC, I was in CA and my apartment building had given me permission to leave the car one additional day past my lease - left my car in the tow yard for over 8 days and did not update me once on when I could expect my car - their driver to THREATENED TO BLOCK MY NUMBER when I asked for an update when they had my car in their possession - my car arrived to CA 14 days after the intended pickup date and I was asked if I could meet the driver elsewhere despite the agreement being that my car would be brought to my house because "it was more convenient for him" - the car was driven to my house instead of transported on a flat bed without my permission - not one person I spoke to was apologetic about the situation, they refused to reimburse me for the gas they used in driving the car from Long Beach to Inglewood, again without my permission $1400 for the experience I had is absolutely absurd. Everyone working for them is ridiculously unprofessional and don't know anything about providing good customer service. Every single person just passed the blame from one person to the next and it is clear that there is zero communication amongst them. Had I not left an AirTag in my car I would not have known any of what was going on with my car for over two weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
