There is a closet that can be used to put any belongings in. So I am sorry you had a bad experience. But at this time that is how the therapy process has been set up. The service was also incredibly expensive for getting a lash fill and didn't last. When I called the best she could give me was 15% off the next service. Not happy at all with my results or situation.
