It is probably the nicest nail salon I've ever been in and it's huge! They have the big, leather massage pedicure chairs, a waiting area and a separate section in the back for drying your nails. Also, they have two or three flat-screen tv's to watch. The guy, who I assume is the owner, is very nice. At my first visit, I told him I was in a big hurry. One girl started my manicure, but after the owner finished up with his client, he personally came over and finished my nails since he knew I needed to get out of there soon. It was the quickest manicure I've ever had, but also one of the best. It was very neatly done. i believe they offer additional services besides mani/pedis, but I have yet to partake in one. The staff is friendly without being overbearing. I hate salons where, even after being given the hint to leave me alone and just be quiet, they continue to try to chat me up. It's not going to make your tip any bigger. As if!

The technician was clearly inexperienced and struggled with a basic classic service, redoing the nails four times while aggressively pushing for acrylics we didn't want. To top it off, her long hair wasn't pulled back and literally dragged through my daughter's wet polish, ruining the finish. After nearly three hours, we were too exhausted to ask for a fifth fix and just wanted to leave. Even after speaking with the owner, Justin, about our experience, there was no offer of compensation or even a discount for the ruined service. While we didn't ask for one, you would expect a business owner to want to make things right after such a blatant lack of professionalism and skill. Between the poor quality and the lack of customer care, I cannot recommend this salon. Save your money and your time.

She wanted to paint over the blood soaked nails. Put pure acetone on cuts - ouch - to attempt to stop the bleeding. They still charged me 20.00 for a nail shape and bleeding-finger-cuticle manicure!

The dated decorated office building vines did not feel relaxing or luxurious. For the price point for treatments, I think a little updating could make it feel a lot better. I was very thrown off about being in a room with my mom, and then being given a robe to change into while the attendants were walking in and out of the room. Being invited to change into a robe and not given the option of a private space felt very odd. The treatment itself felt like there was no pressure, rather just a salt scrub and some ointment and that was it. The ladies taking care of us were both very professional and very kind so this means nothing towards them, I think they were just given barely any helpful tools to use to make it a better experience.
