I've never been a fan of this chain, and, I'm still not. They have a sign that says they are the original ultra classy sports tavern. Hmmm. I'm not feeling the classy part. They have lots of TV's, pool tables, and, dart boards. The place is quite roomy, but, like all Fast Eddies, just lacks that "I wanna go back". If you're in the area, sure pop in and have a drink. They do have decent happy hour from 11 - 7 Mon- Fri. That's a cool deal, so plus plus on that. If you start a tab, they ask for your plastic. Red light! Me thinks not people! I will only use cash only when I go here. IMO this is nothing more than a local dive with lots of testosterone pumping flair. read more

You can play pool for a flat rate of about 6 bucks, that's not too bad. Some very good players here, much better than me. By myself, I had no trouble pairing up and playing some games. There were also casual groups just having fun. Friday night at about 10pm, there were open tables and no waiting. I couldn't say about the food, I didn't have anything. Beer is beer, and prices are reasonable. The band on stage that particular night was acceptable but nothing special. I'll definitely return. read more

We dropped in to Fast Eddie's for the first time today, Sunday, around 5 pm. I counted 35+ TV's, all on just two different shows. A baseball game and a car race. Nice couch lounge area to watch TV, Dart boards and lots of pool tables. There were probably 10 people in there. Sundays have advertised domestic beer, $2.50. My hubby ordered a Shiner (made in Texas, should qualify as domestic) and I ordered a peach Sangria (cheap zinfandel wine, splash of Peach Schnapps, sprite and pineapple juice, oh, let's not forget about the orange slice and cherry. That's all we had. I thought it was weird when a guy playing pool ordered a glass of water. Well, I went to pay and the bill was $13.75!! A Shiner and Sangria with barely any alcohol??? Shiner is NOT domestic so it was $4 and my Sangria (which tasted like peach lemonade with less than 1% alcohol was $8.50!!! WTF??? and then there was tax, so total was $13.75, after a $3 tip (service was okay but there was nobody in there requiring service), almost $17 for a domestic beer that wasn't considered domestic and a glass of juice? What we thought would be a nice place to stop and have a drink in our neighborhood (sort of) was a complete rip-off. The ladies restroom was very clean, nice floors, counters and sinks, but this upholstered bench by the door had several unidentifiable stains on it. Don't even want to think about that one. Take some upholstery cleaner and tidy up a bit people!!! EEEWWWWW! Needless to say, I will take my $9 and buy a real drink somewhere else. read more

Been here a few times and never had a good experience. You walk in an it has the look of an awesome pool hall and sports bar, from there it is down hill. Listen to this story, we stop in to watch the US world cup game. We went here because the other sports bars in the area were packed (cover 2 and third base). We walk into this place and there is no one, perfect for our needs. Well turns out there was a reason why we were the only ones there. We ordered our food (standard bar food, onion rings, pretzel, fried mac & cheese, chicken tenders) right when we got there and the game was starting. I swear to god, we did not get the first piece of food until half time (keep in mind soccer games are 90 minutes long, so 45 minutes in we finally get our pretzels). Second half goes along and SLLLOWWWLLLYY we get our onion rings, then a few minutes later our mac & cheese bites. And I promise, it wasn't until after the game finished (90 minutes + stoppage time) did we finally get our chicken tenders. By this point we had to go back to the office, couldn't even eat our food. I guess they need to invest in more deep fryers, but I wont be back to find out if they do. read more

Great place for a team outing or a sports hangout, but don't come too hungry. I like to come here for darts, but sometimes the young ladies waiting on that area are slow to respond and you need to walk to the bar for assistance. Additionally, they only have a half-kitchen, so expect a very limited and unhealthy menu of fried items and add to that a LONG wait time for your food on a busy day or night. Granted, the "Serrano Bites" are AH-Mazing and good, but it pains me that I don't have other healthier options. Tip: If its a busy night, order most of the things you want early at once, that way you get them all out near the same time, because if you wait to re-order, you WILL be waiting longer and probably suffer starvation. I respect that each Fast Eddie's location is unique, but since I live closer to this one, I just wish the service was a little better and more food choices read more

This is a cool, chill place with lots of pool tables, a few dart boards, and karaoke with a live band. I came here with the group and we initially wanted to play pool but all the pool tables were occupied. There was a wait to get a pool table. We ended up just chilling by the bar and enjoying the karaoke show....also people watching; watching a guy trying to dance up on another chick who was dancing with her friend, then trying to dance with the friend because she wasn't feeling him..lol...he ended up just dancing by himself... Not quite sure why this place has such poor reviews. Although they happen to be out of the alcohol I wanted that they normally carry. But outside of that. It's a good location to escape the work time traffic. They have several pool tables, lots of televisions tuned to several different channels, and a full bar, when it's fully stocked. Came here last night with friends. Played some pool and ping pong . It was 7:30pm but surprised the place was empty. May be it gets busy later as the evening goes on. Staff was great and courteous. We ordered some appetizers and they were just average. Not bad not great. What do you expect from a sports bar? . Place was clean, inviting, games were awesome and food was fine. Honestly, I understand all of the complaints about the service. It's hit or miss, depending on the server you're stuck with. However, service aside, this location is very nice and has everything you can ask for from a pool hall/sports bar. They have plenty of seating as well as plenty of TVs. Their pool tables are in good condition and the bathrooms are clean. The drink prices are reasonable as well. This is our place to go for UFC pay per views. It's a six dollar cover charge which includes free pool. Perfect. The only thing that needs a little work is staff training. read more

The pool tables are in good condition, even those that have not been newly felted. They have dart boards as well and a Karaoke band night (Thursdays) I recommend checking karaoke night out! It is really fun. All in all, I do enjoy coming to this place every now and then. read more

One of the best pool halls I've ever been in. I was there for the first time last night which was their NYE Event and had a blast. Only time they take any type reservations is when they have a BIG thing going on like the NYE Event. They had a live band there last night and the name of the band was Cover 1 and they are AWESOME. Great place to catch a game or to play some pool or darts. Its a pretty roomy establishment so doesn't feel too noisy or crowded. They have flat panels all around with a a giant screen in the center. The service staff was warm and friendly but they were getting a tad bit stressed because of the large crowd that was there. Only reason for the 4 stars is if your new to the area it can be a little tricky to find the place and to get in there. I will return with my Social Group. read more

I am a 50 guy with grey hair. I was out in front of this establishment for a Pokemon raid and needed to use the restroom. As they were the only place open, I went to use the restroom. As far as pool halls go, this one is pretty darn good. Clean, smoke free, relatively cheap beers, and plenty of screens to watch the game on, A $4 dos Equis isn't bad, especially combined with free pool (Monday nights) and a comfortable atmosphere. I think it's funny that it says dress code is enforced after 7 as there is no dress code as far as I can tell. It's a little upscale I guess but all types are welcome. Came here on a Monday night to watch the Stanley Cup Finals. The bartender helped us out as soon as we walked in by turning the GIGANTIC screen to our game. There's about 6 comfy love couches in front of it. Both drinks and food were amazing! We got the 20 order of wings and mac'n cheese bites. Im surprised there's only 2.5 stars for this place. Been here a few times to watch some Texas games, including the bowl game. Huge place with tons of pool tables, quite a few tables for watching the games and some really plush comfy sofas up front. Tables are ok, but not much space between them, so if your on the inside, you can't get out on a busy night! Food options are ok, mostly fried bar app types, which aren't too bad, but even I walk out of there sweating oil instead of sweat. We actually had the same waitress every time I've gone in there. I went to fast eddies last week, made a $7.22 transaction and they ended up charging my card a total of three transaction totaling $54.97. When I called to settle the matter I was told to dispute it with my bank. I have emailed them and called twice to speak to a manager about it but no one is ever available. The dispute with the bank will take 45 days. The fact that they may have an issue with their wait staff incorrectly billing clients is not a concern of theirs. If you want to get ripped off by all means go to fast eddies otherwise save your money for a more reputable business. read more
