I would not recommend any of the people that work at that particular tire choice to even change my tire. I will be calling their corporate headquarters in the morning and I will get satisfaction and my engine fixed.

While I had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be serviced, I was offered a water and the time moved quickly. It is important to note there was only one person working and two cars in before me. The gentleman who serviced my car was beyond courteous and explained my options to me very well. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. He even offered me Capri Sun after! The supervisor checked and tightened it and added a Qt of oil. at this point no big deal things happen. Then he tried to start lying to me saying the oil filter only turned a little bit and there was no oil dripping from it. Now he pissed me off when I seen it my self where it was dripping from. I wasn't asking for nothing for there mistake. I can clean the oil off the driveway no problem. But lying about it instead of owning the mistake just cause you're company a customer and bad review.
