Initially got an online quote for a full windshield replacement Thursday @ 3:41pm, called for scheduling and was told I If i could get there by 4 pm they could get started today, got there at 4 pm and was driving away with a fresh windshield by 4:50pm, pretty impressive. I had Fast Glass replace a broken windshield in May 2019 and that was the start of months of problems. I experienced a wind rattle and took the car back to Fast Glass two additional times for repair but they could not fix it. I finally went somewhere else and discovered Fast Glass had broken the corner cowlings, scratched the paint in the pinchwell all around the window, and some of the clips were missing or broken. I had to have the entire windshield replaced, buy new parts that Fast Glass broke, along with touch up paint for all of the scratches that were beginning to rust. We are currently working with the Fast Glass manager to seek a full refund and compensation for the damage caused by their terrible work. UPDATE: Fast Glass did provide us with a full refund and covered the cost of the broken parts. You get what you pay for and there is a reason why Fast Glass was the cheapest. Read the poor reviews and don't make the same mistake that I did. read more

My partner and I were doing a cross country move from NC all the way to Canada. We were involved in a hit and run and our driver side mirror received most of the damage. We made it to Boise Idaho and spent 2 days calling shops and other car part companies to see who could help us. No one could get parts for at least 3-4 days. We were okay with that. Just tired from travelling for almost 24 days straight. My partner decided to try her luck with a glass company and I was doubtful. But... we got LUCKY! This shop saved the day. Not only did they have ONE more mirror that would work for our car... BUT... they were also nice enough to squeeze us in! They were super busy and booked out but the ladies at the counter brought in someone from the shop to talk with us and we were so grateful they were able to squeeze us in. I know it's hard on shops to do so, but we didn't know how the replace the glass and we just wanted to be able to get to Canada. I think we all know how draining travelling and moving can be. We brought our car in first thing the next morning and within an hour they called us and it was ready! I'm upset that I didn't take a before picture but that was mostly because I was so flustered. Thank you to this wonderful team. We brought in a red Chevy cruise and you guys saved the day! Never did I ever consider calling a glass shop for something car related that was so small! I know they do many different kinds of glass installations and repairs but most big shops especially where I'm from done. So thank you for saving the day. We had an encounter with a gravel truck and our front windshield shattered, just as a 3-day holiday began. Fast Glass gave us a morning appointment on the next business day. Although we assumed we would be car-less for at least a day, Fast Glass was done in about an hour at exactly the quoted price. Pro: Adequate and cheap. They got me in for a windshield replacement next day. For the price (and I used a $10 off coupon) of $175 and one hour, my Corolla is set. Windshield seems waterproof and looks good. Staff even moved my parks pass to the new glass. Con: Communication at/with the shop was challenging. I'd never done anything with auto glass before and wanted to know more. The staff -- either because they assumed I knew what I was doing or because they get tired of explaining it to everyone-- didn't fill me in on anything other than the details I specifically asked about. My biggest annoyance is that the rubber seal no longer goes all the way around the windshield and looks bad. There are gaps where the edges of the glass are exposed-- I will likely have to take it back in and complain. read more

I picked Fast Glass because they were cheap. Well, you get what you pay for. It took 3 tries to install my windshield without leaking. Their repair invoices are completely lacking any detail. For my second car, I went with a well reviewed local business. I paid only 40.00 more but but got better service and an install done right. If you want cheap, maybe Fast Glass works for you. My windshield was completely broken and it was very quick and easy to get an appointment. I'm happy about how much money I saved compared to competitors' quotes and the staff was really kind. I got my windshield replaced in as soon as 30 minutes and even though the glass accidentally cracked upon installation, they replaced it for me free of charge my new windshield looks great! Took my car here to have the windshield replaced, was the cheapest place I could find in the valley and there is a reason why. I followed all instructions to a T yet the day after getting the windshield replaced the rubber window seal was pulling away and cracking allowing water in the vehicle. I brought it back in and they re did the seal which managed to last about a month and now it is pulling away again, I will not trust them a third time to get it right. Other places may cost more but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. read more

They were right on time, they did a superb job of installation, the price was extremely inexpensive compared to others, and the guy was quick and he even cleaned the glass after he put it in. I took my car in today to get a small (less than a dime sized) rock chip repaired on the windshield. I called ahead to make sure someone was available as I did not have a lot of time to wait. When I arrived I was coldly greeted by the young receptionist. She told me to go wait by my car and someone would be right with me; so I went out in the cold to wait by my car. Approximately ten minutes later a young man came out and started his work. I left him to do his job and walk back inside when I noticed this young receptionist ,and another male in the building, staring at me and sneering from the corner of the shop-I took offense to this and wanted to just leave. Since the repairman had already started I had to stay. When it came time to pay, the repair man took my credit card and just wrote the information down on a piece of paper--he did not swipe the card or carbon copy/swipe it with a CC machine. He also failed to let me know what the care of and required cure time was for the repair. I can still plainly see the rock chip as well. You would think for such a small repair it would virtually disappear. Lesson learned- I will NOT be supporting this business in the future and I will certainly tell my friends to avoid their (lack of) service. read more

Rear glass out of my new VW Jetta sportwagon needed replacement. They had the best price now I know why. The glass leaked and the defroster didn't work. I made a trip in for a repair and they just tried to solder the defroster back together. I left and they told it was working, it failed and when I brought it back again they again tried to solder it, I stopped them and made them replace it. These people don't give two s***s about making the glass work, they just slap it in and "hope" it doesn't fail. Spend more and save time and wasted gas driving back and forth till they finally decide to do a good job... read more

I had Fast Glass come to my work to replace the windshield in my car, which was tremendously convenient (and at no extra cost), however upon completion the windshield leaked a significant amount of water. I called them and they scheduled another 4 hour block of time to come back and repair it - it still leaked! On the third attempt, they finall removed the windshield completely and reinstalled it, that did the trick, however now the weather stripping is kind of jacked up now. Unless you have hours to set aside, and weeks to get your windshield replaced correctly I would avoid Fast Glass! read more

Went in to get a rock chip repair. I can honestly say that the staff there was completely professional and helpful and moreover very fast. The only complaint might be that you can still see the chip and in the right light the complete crack. I have never had a repair done before so I am not sure if this is what it is supposed to look like but I doubt it. read more

Twice now I have ordered custom cut glass. Nothing fancy, I just gave them dimensions for a rectangular cut piece of glass. Both times I was told that they could probably have the job completed the next day. On the first job I called 4 days later and was told that it was not done but that it should be done tomorrow and they would call me when it was done. 7 days after I placed the order I called again. The girl on the phone again said that it was not done and that it should be done the next day and rudely told me that I did not need to call and that they would call me. Finally, 10 days after placing the order it was complete. They also charged me about 10% more than they quoted originally. My second order (and I should have known better) is going the same way. I ordered two rectangular pieces the same size. I was told that they should have this complete for me in a day or two and they would call when it was complete. Three days later I left town on vacation and kind of forgot about the order. It has been 12 days since I placed my order and I have not received a call. I was never out of cell service during my vacation so I am sure they have not called. Of course today is Saturday and they are open by appointment only. If you go with Fast Glass you had better call daily after placing your order. read more
