I went to get a rock chip replaced in April of 2026. was referred to them by someone that had done business with them for a while. they told me they fixed the chip. summer hits and my windshield cracked substantial from the point of the chip. I called them and asked them if they guarantee their work. Not only did they not and wouldn't replace the window but wouldn't even give me a discount. They told me it was fixed and they didn't say it possibly might crack in the summer. I have had other windshields fixed and have never had this problem. Would not recommend this place to anyone! It would have been an additional $49.99 for the mobile service which was included in my quote. * Technician - Tyler was fantastic. Super friendly and communicative. He outlined the expectations, reviewed the quote, the warranty and after care. * Ease - I was able to get an online quote, set a 3 hour window appointment time, and then received a follow-up call from Jimmy confirming everything. So glad I did my research! USAA was going to send another more well known company to replace my windshield and before committing I decided to shop around. I called them and their quote was $80 LESS than what USAA quoted me. With fast glass I didn't even need to go through my insurance AND they were able to come to my house the next morning. They call you 30 minutes before they arrive which was very convenient for me. The tech that came out was very professional and in about 45 minutes he was done. Something hit my windshield, started with a small crack and eventually spread thru a full year of season changes and made it almost all the way across the window right top to bottom left. Called a few different places, but this Company/Location had the better customer service. Jimmy and Greg were attentive to my needs of a new windshield and their appointments are "Fast!" AND their pricing is fair/hard to beat. What they quoted me was spot on for different types of windshields and they did not try to price gauge you. Vargas, came to my residence, looked at the windshield realized the info that the car dealership I bought my SUV from gave me was wrong so I needed a different type of windshield (with condensation sensors). I thought I needed to reschedule, but they were able to accommodate me the same day! Vargas was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I am hopeful that there won't be anything wrong with the workmanship (they have a workmanship warranty which means that if it leaks or air seeps through, they will come back and repair it). They recommend not to power wash for about 5 days after install and to leave their tape on for 24 hours. As of initial services, would definitely recommend! Quick version: don't trust this shop. Long version: I've used Fast Glass for years in Vegas and other cities, and have always had great experiences. However, I won't use them ever again. I received a quote online for around $300 to replace the windshield for my car, and the online quote was confirmed by telephone. The day came to install the windshield, the tech arrived, and then the tech told me that they had ordered the wrong windshield. Okay, no problem, mistakes happen. Speaking with the store, the attendant told me that he'd have to get a quote from the dealer to obtain the windshield and that he'd call me back. Two days later, no return call. I called the store again, and the same attendant told me I didn't call them, I thought YOU were going to." I said "no, you were going to source the windshield." So the attendant then says, without skipping a beat, "Oh, yeah, I called them. You need to pay us $1000 for this job." Wait, didn't you just say you didn't call them? And an even $1000? Sure. It would have been better if Fast Glass simply said "sorry, we can't take on your business at this time" or something to that effect, rather than lying to me in such a bald faced manner. This company does not know how to correctly install windows. I ordered and paid for new windows for my house. First off they will ask for a 50% deposit which is illegal in this state. They can legally only ask for 10% or 1000 dollars which ever is less. That was their first mistake. They measured the windows and ordered accordingly. When they arrived with my windows there were no locks installed. The factory never ships windows without locks. They lied about that to my face. They installed incorrect locks and had to drill holes in the frame which automatically voids the warranty. Then due to their lack of professionalism they has to cut the new window frames to fit in the holes. 2nd mistake. That also voids the manufacturers warranty. 3rd mistake I have stucco on my house and the did not use or order windows with stucco fins to ensure a good seal. 4th mistake. After the new windows were installed they unsuccessfully tried to caulk them in. Well Ray Charles could have done a better job. Because I had to remove the caulking and recaulk every single window and the sliding glass door. They once again lied to me and tried to blame it on the caulking. 5th mistake. The unknown locks that they installed made the windows bow out and not seal. More lies..they tried to convince me that the windows were made like that and that there was nothing they could do. Now I have drafts and dust blowing through my windows..my energy bill actually went up because of their inept and untrained installers and management. Now I have to fight to get what's due to me. Buyers beware this business will screw you over. Next step is the Attorney General the contractors board for to try to implement the residential recovery fund for bad contractors that try to screw over their customers. This is a long process and after over a year I have the warranty reps from Cascade Windows coming to take a look at the highly unprofessional job this company did for me. I had my windshield replaced by this company about 2 months ago. A few days later, I was driving when I heard a loud noise hitting the side of my car. I had to pull over and see that my weather stripping on the top of my windshield was half way off. I called and told them what the issue was and made an appointment to bring my car in again. They fixed the stripping no problem, for free obviously. This past week the stripping started coming off again. There is sticky residue all over the top of my car from the stripping. Not to mention, the weather stripping was cut too short. They should have told me that they cannot guarantee 100 % of the repair. I would have left with a better understanding of the situation. I called for a price qoute on one 6' by 4' standard piece of table top glass with the minimum thickness, no tint, no special effects, no beveled sides, no delivery, no bells and whistles period. For tempered glass they quoted me $991. When he heard my gasp in disbelief, all the sudden, he said "OH I FORGOT TO ADD SOME DISCOUNTS" and it became $650. When I asked if it was possible that they had the most expensive tempered glass on the planet, they qouted me $550 without the tempered. RE: Residential Glass Replacement These guys are EFFICIENT and ON TIME which gets 5 stars in my book. The upstairs glass part of the window (big one) had a huge crack in it... so... *gulp* (b/c I know it's going to be pricey)... needed to replace it before something horrible happened like it cracked all the way through and started to leak (if it rained) which would be bad. Anyways....I called and sent an e-mail to get an estimate... they called me back the next day to set up an appt. They measured it and naturally... it had to be a custom size (everything in this damn house has to be custom ordered because the builders were foolios...anyways...).... they ordered it and it was ready in a couple days just like they said. Took a team of guys to carry the window up the stairs and then manuever it into place... they removed and took away the broken window, installed the new window, and cleaned it so it sparkles. The install took maybe 30-40 minutes. If I have any more windows break... I really hope not... but if it happens... I'll give them a call again. read more

I contacted the Sales Representative, Greg, a couple of weeks before the company replaced my windshield. Greg seemed honest, reliable, and true to his word. He did not want make up things and have me sign a fraudulent contract to fork over more money for future work that had yet been done. The only service required was replacing the windshield of which he quoted me at a lower rate than the competitors and didn't have me sign anything through email or in person that there would be additional ongoing charges for work not done. About a week later, I contacted Greg and two of his representatives completed the task efficiently and professionally. There wasn't a sales pitch to purchase more work for the future from them and they didn't put me on a credit line for tasks to get done in the future. It is refreshing this day and age to deal with honest salespeople whom understand that listening to, and making the customer happy, is the goal at the end of the day. Thanks, Greg. read more

I thought I would really like these guys. A man got to my house today to fix my windshield. He spent 20 minutes doing whatever it was he was doing, then told me he forgot a part so he couldn't fix it. He said he was going to go back and order it and see if they could get it today. Annoying. especially annoying because I'm leaving town tomorrow. So the day goes on, and I'm waiting for their call to let me know if they can fix my windshield today or tomorrow. They never even call! Like what terrible customer service! If I would have known they wouldn't have called at all I would have called safelite! We had something hit the windshield and got a small crack, within 3 days it was spread half-way across the windshield. Scheduled an appt and when they showed up to replace my windshield I realized I gave the wrong info on it, I did have a sensor, so we had to reschedule. I felt terribly that I wasted their time. We rescheduled for when they could come back out - with the correct windshield - and Vargas did a great job. He was in and out and explained what needed to be done for the next few days for the new windshield. So glad I called around and found this place. read more

I had a terrible and disappointing experience with Fast Glass. I called to get my windshield replaced and they ensured me it would take 30-45 mins. After about 3 hours of replacing my windshield, the job was not even complete and the wrong windshield was on my car. They had dissembled my review mirror and just left the pieces in the cup holder. They told me they would need to order another windshield and it would take about a week. They gave me absolutely no updates on when the new windshield was coming in until I had to finally call myself and IT WAS THE WRONG WINDSHIELD AGAIN. Then the manager told me they might need to them order the windshield from The manufacturer of my car that I would have to pay for and wait another couple weeks for them to come out again and install it. Brought my truck in last month for a broken windshield. Initially I was happy with my new windshield. The inside of my truck was filthy from the Fast Glass installer. Mud on the floor boards and old glue left on the dash. It was around Christmas and I didn't have time to bring it back in for a complaint. Now the outside seal is peeling up and I can see the black glue used to install the windshield is all over my hood. Worst job I have ever seen. Even at a Pep Boys for an oil change they protect the interior of your vehicle. Lesson learned. Don't use Fast Glass if you care about your interior or your paint job. read more
