I have needed a windshield replacement several times in the last few years and have received anywhere from okay service to disappoint in other providers like Safelite. I needed a specific windshield and upon calling around found the price for it to be exactly the same. So, if the price is the same go with the best service. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions yet remained efficient in completing the service. Beware when using this company. This company came recommended to me by multiple friends and I chose to go with them to do multiple windshields the same day. I left for a 6-day work trip came back to one of the windshield being cracked. I will note that that vehicle did not move from where it was parked for over 6 days since then windshield was installed. After I sent a picture to the owner to let him know that the windshield was cracked (which is covered in dust and has the tape marks on it still because the vehicle is not moved to even get washed) because it has not moved in 6 days The owner started accusing me immediately, saying it was an impact mark from driving, then it went into it's an impact mark from you putting the trim in which I informed him the trim has not been put in and is still not installed in the vehicle. The immediate response by the owner was to make accusations and blame me for the damage and get this, he didn't even come and look at it in person. He was making all the accusations and calling me a liar without even putting eyes on the windshield first!!!! I'm not sure how you can run a business like that but evidently he gets away with it. He has not seen the windshield in person he has made multiple accusations to me about how it happened without seeing it. I'm very disappointed in the owners behavior immediately within the first text to me telling me that it's not his problem that I did it. The windshield has multiple chipmarks all the way around the entire glass on the underside and the top side which makes me think the windshield wasn't handled very well during shipping or was a manufacturer flaw but instead of him coming out to put his eyes on it he immediately started accusing me that I did it and called me a liar. So just be aware when using this company that the reputation might not always represent the quality of the company. Very disappointed!! read more

It was a tiny star. And then more of a starfish, aaaand then it sprawled out into a foot long "S" across one side of the windshield. So I suppose I should fix this. AGR was recommended to me by my friend's son Dakota. AGR does the glass repair work in the shop he works at. So I give them a call. The guy on the phone is friendly and to the point, gives me a quote right then and there. And it's competitive if not better than most of the others I got. Plus they came TO MY HOUSE and fixed it while I watched tv in my slippers. There were no hidden fees, and Sam, the technician who fixed mine, was awesome. He was friendly and got right down to business. After he was done, he explained all the work he had done and answered any questions I had. Their work is guaranteed and he did a great job. A tiny crack in my window turned into a ginormous line and I found myself stressing out about how to fix it. They were able to get me in immediately the next day but I still wanted to look around for pricing. The manager or whatever his job is, is very rude and condescending. I asked for an incentive with my deductible and he gave me a whole paragraph on how they bill insurance companies differently yadiyada. Their yelp page has a 75$ off your deductible. And he keeps telling me it says up to 75$. I will post the picture to back my review. He kept telling me to contact another shop. Well guess what?! that's exactly what I'm about to do. When I told him there was no "up to" just "75$" he caught an attitude and started raising his voice. Good job there buddy. Edit: You can't question someone's credibility when you're obviously wrong then double down with this non sense. You kept saying "up to 75." now please point out where it says "up to 75."? I called my insurance for a glass repair and I selected this company. I was told by my insurance that I would be contacted by AGR the next day by noon, which came and went. The next day I called AGR and filled them in on my claim and that I had received no call. The person took my info and told me their claim specialist would look at the emails in order to find my claim and call me back. By the next day at 12:30 I still received no call. I finally called my insurance back and changed to Safelite which scheduled my repair immediately. This place may do great work but I never found out because they never called me back. read more

Found AGR through google, after a much bigger corporate windshield repair company quoted me at $275 for a windshield replacement. After I inquired online their nice receptionist called me and set up my appointment for me after informing me it would only be about $175 (w/o tax)! The day of Chris called me 40 minutes out and got to work right away, he did a great job! Windshield is all brand spanking new and I didn't feel bad for shelling out the money in the end!
