Team Acme is really an honest & fair company. I had a rock hit my windshield on the freeway and unfortunately the crack was so big that the entire windshield needed to be replaced. They gave me a really fair price and were able to get it done the day after I brought it in. As bad luck would have it, a rock hit my new windshield in about the same place less than a month later and the owner had his guys patch it for me at no charge. I requested a quote to tint an older car, including a clear film for the windshield. Received quote, scheduled the work. We were met outside by the installer, who reviewed the job, and pointed out a couple of issues I was unaware of. One issue, a chip in the windshield would have been a bigger problem if I went ahead with the clear. We decided against doing that portion of the job, but went ahead with the rest, which turned out very well, on time, and under the quoted price. They took money out of their pocket by sharing their experience, and providing good advice. To me, that's a sign of a good shop. I had done business there before, and was impressed, thats why I brought a second car to them. I was left knowing I had made the right decision. Don't even know where to start, if I could rate 100 stars I would. Great professional vibe as soon as I walked in. Everyone was enthusiastic about my project. I sent in a couple photos to give their design guy Lennon an idea of what kinda theme I was looking for, to wrap a chest freezer. He completely blew the design out of the water. The more I look at it the more things keep jumping out of the design. The wrap job is immaculate and I'm at a loss for words on how FN badass the design is. Even with how crazy busy they are they were able to get it done, and perfectly. The chest freezer has a 7 cubic ft storage. The pictures don't do it justice. I had an incident happen at Lake Mead National Recreation Area and I needed a glass place to evaluate the damages to my van. I swung by Team Acme Inc with no appointment and was greeted by Doyle at the desk. He was kind and helpful while I brought him out to my van for an evaluation. He took one glance at the damage and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Doyle was able to provide me a great quote to consider and was able to give me a good timeframe estimate of how long the replacement would take and how quickly they would be able to get the right glass. I left the office to consider things and call my insurance agency. After coordinating with them and providing them Team Acme's information I received a call from Doyle to set up an appointment to complete the services. They got me in the next morning. When I dropped off my vehicle Doyle was helpful with giving me a time they would be finished. I received a call at the estimated time to let me know it was ready for pick up. While approaching the office an employee greeted me and let me know he was able to get some items which had fallen to the base of the windshield and he placed them in a ziploc bag on my passenger seat for me. I was so appreciative of someone going the extra steps to not only gather the items but also keep them protected and in an easy to reach place. I went inside and Doyle completed my paperwork and provided me a reasonable estimate on some tinting work I may get done in the future. There have been no issues with my windshield, there's no extra glue or mess (something I've experienced with other companies), and everyone was so nice and helpful. I was already impressed with my experience, then a few days later, I pulled down my visor to block the sun and to my pleasant surprise there was a Team Acme Inc post-it note, I'm assuming from the installer, Eric, "Enjoy your adventures!"
