I'm Asian so I know how to handle spice, but even a level 2 on their spice level will be a bit painful. The interior looks newly designed, and the inside is very clean. The standout dish for me was the fried rice. For a hot pot place, they really know how to cook up a delicious fried rice. The meat was unremarkable, but with how thin they slice the meat at hot pot/shabu places, I've never been too impressed with any meats a hot pot place. The service is okay - you'll probably have an easier time communicating with the staff here if you speak Chinese, but even with limited English, there's not much to convey; and to be frank, with how spicy the food is, your typical Westerner might suffer here as I did (but in a good way). Parking is a bit tricky since the lot is small, but I always managed to find parking.

The meat quality was amazing--tender, flavorful, and melted in your mouth after just a few seconds in the hot pot. We kept ordering more because it was that good! The service was friendly and attentive, and food came out quickly throughout our meal. This place is cleaned and nice vibe. Another big plus is the free garage parking, which made the whole experience even more convenient. Great food, great service, and great value. You order your meat using your phone with a QR code on the table. Veggies had lots of options, but label wasn't great. Sushi is only 4 roll options prepared on the side. No more ordering sushi separately, and sushi made is warm. Service is where the low rating comes in. When you order meat, they stack plates on top of each other. So, the top of your meat is touching the bottom of another plate. Then your plates will touch the table. Seems unsanitary. Service never checked on my table, or refilled my water, and took awhile to clear my plates I had stacked on the side. Had higher expectations but not coming back.

The sauce bar is extensive and had all the condiments needed to make your hot pot sauce. The service was great, the staff was friendly and attentive. The broth itself was very rich and flavorful, I could've drank it all! I also loved how they offer refillable veggies, they also paired well with the broth and sauces. Overall I think it was a great spot for a comforting balanced meal!

However, I have encountered some challenges with the to-go ordering process. There have been instances where I've called to place an order only to be informed that they were too busy to take it. Yet, when I arrive in person and request a to-go order after being seated, it seems more manageable for them. I've noticed this discrepancy a few times, discovering they weren't as busy as suggested, with some staff members on break. Additionally, I've been advised to call back a few hours later to place a pickup order. While I understand the restaurant can get quite busy, I have had similar experiences during quieter times when I was able to walk in or place an online order without issue. The consistency of service has varied; sometimes it is very attentive, while other times it seems to fall short, regardless of the restaurant's busyness. On a positive note, the food is quite enjoyable. I particularly appreciate their sesame sauce and ponzu, and I like that they offer extra greens like bok choy, kale, and cabbage for those who prefer more vegetables with their shabu. They also have a variety of additional toppings, such as fish balls and shrimp, which are quite tasty. Personally, I enjoy adding onions to my shabu, although they don't seem to offer that option here. The mushrooms are consistently fresh, which I appreciate. However, it would be helpful to have a way to order additional broth to go, as the containers provided are somewhat small for the amount needed for cooking. I choose this restaurant for its delicious food and convenient location, and while the prices are somewhat average, they fall in line with expectations for the area. I will continue to frequent this place, as I enjoy the offerings, though I am aware that I may occasionally encounter service-related challenges.

It has plenty of options in both meat, soup, and other foods to put in your hot pot and especially for the price you get. I really like the Miso Soup and Beef Belly the most. They also include other food like Fried Chicken, Jabchae, and Ice Cream and they are also good too and the Ice Cream is great to finish off your All You Can Eat experience. That is if your stomach has room because you can full pretty easy and especially if you get carried away. They just added the pumpkin as the new food to get on your plate and it taste really good. Easily the best pumpkin I've eaten in these places. The environment and seating is very spacious and gives me plenty of room to walk around and scope around for food. The drinks there are just your standard drink and I usually just get coffee. That is also serviceable too. The wait time is mostly good enough but it's very dependent on what day and time you go to because it can be pretty busy. They usually get soup/broth out faster and the same can be said about refills. Overall, I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a Shabu Shabu experience.

She noticed it was our first time and walked us through how everything worked, even letting us taste different broths so we could pick our favorites. We ended up choosing the miso and sukiyaki -- both delicious. One of the reasons we chose this spot was because everyone gets their own hot pot, and that made the whole experience even better. After selecting our meats, we headed to explore the extras for our broth, and wow... they have everything. The hot bar had plenty of options (the spicy fried chicken was tasty, just a bit cold), and then we saw the side dishes, sauces, and seafood. The spread is unbelievable. I picked ingredients I thought would make a great soup base, and it absolutely delivered. We all loved our creations and had such a good time experimenting. The service was fantastic, the space is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is genuinely friendly. For a first hot pot experience, All That Shabu made it easy, fun, and delicious.

The meats were nice, they were not as fatty and didn't have as much marbling so it could be a little chewy after cooking but for the price we really couldn't complain and it was still delicious. And I'm sure the higher priced menu sets have higher quality cuts. We loved all the veggies and noodles you can order and there was a sweet rice cake dessert that was absolutely delicious.
