I didn't wait too long before it was my turn. I was told which options they had. I decided on the middle tier synthetic oil since it was good for high miles. Everything went very smoothly: along with my oil changed, the air filter was checked, all fluids checked, and my windshield cleaned. I couldn't have asked for better service. I visited on one of those amazingly frigid January days we get here in the Midwest and they had the heat blasting from above to keep the cavernous, window-filled garage warm. I've been here several times over the last couple of years and the process always moves quickly. Being able to sit in my car the whole time is a perk that keeps me coming back. They were shortstaffed, so I gather that was the reason they did not take a gander at my cabin air filter or try to upsell me on any other items, as is typical. Also skipped was guiding me through resetting the oil change reminder my car gives me. They verified that my headlights and signals were functioning properly, though. I used to think it was a plus that they checked the air in my tires, but when I left this time, I realized that three out of four of my caps weren't screwed back on properly. So next time, I will just have them skip that part and stick to doing it myself. I remembered to grab the discount that's always available: I utilize the synthetic blend, so I saved $15. If you use the full synthetic, it's $20 off. Google it or call the store and choose the option to have a coupon sent directly to your phone. Fail to respond to phone calls I did not hear from him until Friday and that's after I made a post on yelp and his website on Facebook other than that, he would not respond to text or phone calls. I've had to spend over $1500 to get something repaired that should've been covered under warranty because it was slowing and stopping my business, and due to his unprofessionalism and miscommunication, he makes unprofessional upfront, but when it comes to honoring his service, you can't depend on him.

After being told what repairs were needed, he authorized the work and was later contacted and told the vehicle was ready for pickup. He paid over $1,100 for the repairs, but the vehicle could not even make it out of the parking lot before experiencing the same issue and repeatedly cutting off. When he brought the problem to their attention, the assistant manager claimed the vehicle had been driven to a church and was operating fine. They stated they would inspect it again, but after several days, the vehicle still had not been looked at. Unfortunately, my husband had no choice but to pick up the vehicle and take it to a dealership because it remained unsafe and unreliable to drive. We have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered the business currently holds an F rating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. Ownership may have changed over the years, but the poor management, lack of communication, and failure to properly resolve the issue have made this one of the worst automotive repair experiences we have ever had.
