Inadequate employee training and staffing level. Got pulled into the building and began checking lights,turn signals. Then the tech at the other bay had computer issues requiring my tech to spend 5 minutes trying to fix it for him. I sat there another 5 minutes with no progress on changing my oil. Another customer was pulled in and both techs began working on him. Another 5-10 minutes went by when I got out of my vehicle and asked if they had even started my oil change yet- Nope they hadn't. I confirmed my oil hadn't been drained closed my hood and told the techs I was leaving. One tech said he was new and being trained and apologized for the extended delay. I have been getting our oil changed here for years but have noticed a decline in service and won't be back. read more

Do not go here for anything. I had my oil changed here about 7-8 months ago, oil started leaking. Checked oil level and it was more than a quart overfull. Since it had beenb10 days I couldn't prove they did it. Had to spend $2000 for rental car and new oil cooler. Went in today and they checked rear end oil said it was good. 5 minutes down the road rear end started grinding really loud. Pulled over and fill plug on rear end is missing with all oil drained out along the road. Technician said "I forgot to put the plug in." Spend a little more and go to a dealer. read more

CAUTION! AVOID THE RIP OFF!! This "business," has the Worst customer service, probably in all of WA State! In Less than 2 minutes of arriving there, the "mechanic," was yelling and screaming his problems to the customers there, and acting like he is mentally insane or on some type of strong negative drug. I have heard around town that they use old oil, and cheat the customer, but I thought I would go there to find out myself, and help a small business in our community. I never had a chance to check if oil was old and used before, and the "mechanic," was so out of decency and extremely Low values to the customers that the Police had to be called. Caution: If you want an HONEST and Polite Mechanic, do Not go here! Horrible Rip off all the way around. Hope this helps you. I've been going here for 22 yrs. But recently, I've tried to get my oil changed. In January 2021, I was told by the tech he was changing breaks (though no car was in the docks). He said it could be q 2 hr wait. March 2021, I returned again and was told I didn't need one, even though my sticker clearly said I was overdue. This was the same tech with another, young coworker. He actually printed me a new sticker and said I was good for another 2000 miles. I've tried to find the owner of the biz, but he/she is far too important to provide that info anywhere online. So, my biz will go elsewhere. Just want to warn people that technician is not doing his job. It can cost you the health of your vehicle. read more

Car wash... I was just on a long road trip and went to some brand new car washes. None of them, even though more expensive, measured up to the service I get at this car wash. Davey, in particular, really does a great job at prepping the vehicle prior to the actual car wash. None of the other car washes I went to did this. read more

Problem with quick lube in Aberdeen. I don't believe they own a grease gun. I have had them service my vehicles for 3 or 4 years. 1 vehicle in particular has greaseable universal joints, I had the stock (non-servicable) ones replaced at considerable expense for longevity and reliability. I took this vehicle into them this morning for oil and filter and fuel filter change, and as I routinely have done in the past, I told the guy about the universal joints and that I wanted them greased as part of the service. When he finished my service ($241.87) and I paid the bill, I specifically asked if he had greased the universal joints per my request and he assured me that he had. I kinda had some doubts because of the quick completion of the job. When I got home and was still skeptical, I pulled the pickup into my shop and crawled underneath to check. Not only had the u-joints not been lubed, none of the other zerks, tie rod ends etc had been lubed either. I immediately called Quick Lube (360 612 3580), and asked the guy who answered if he remembered me, after I described my vehicle, and he said he did. I asked if he remembered my request that the u-joints get lubeed, and he said he did. Then I told him that I had just looked at them and they had, in fact, not been done. Then he said he would talk to the guy that worked on my vehicle. There was only 1 person there when I took my truck in this morning. He had already admitted that he remembered me and my vehicle. When I challenged him on this fact, he hung up on me. I have spent a fair amount of cash with this business over the last few years and so have my family members. I will make sure that my extended family and friends are made aware of this un-scupulous transaction and I'm reasonably sure this is not an isolated incident. If you want to be condescendingly be called "Sweetie" and be ripped off by the most expensive oil change in town, go here. Not sure why my power steering fluid, front differential fluid, rear differential fluid, and transfer case fluid said, "N/A", on my invoice. It also said he checked my tires and filters. Fast Lube on Boone Street. Came in for oil change. Employee was attempting to loosen the oil canister, straining making grunting noises and shaking my vehicle considerably. Stopped for a minute, then tried again with different tools and broke the oil canister disabling my vehicle. Pushed me out in their parking lot and said sorry that it wasn't their fault. Experienced mechanics all said he should've stopped working on it after first attempt and reported to me that he couldn't loosen it. Cost me $485 to get fixed. After calling ahead about getting my 300D diesel serviced and being told I needed to supply my own oil filter, I arrived oil filter in hand. The guy who greeted me was rude and brusque . Once inside the bay, he made a couple of comments regarding his not liking the sound my engine was making. Then without any further explanation, he refused to service my car and said to just leave. I took my 2007 Cheney Tahoe through the touchless car wash and it took the clear coat off in 3 identical strips on the top of my roof. I have owned this car for 12-14 years and there has never been any damage done to it even when it got a rock chip I had it repaired and taking it through this car was was the biggest mistake I have ever made. When I went there and spoke to the first gentleman he told me that that car was always has problems he said half of it works sometimes even the dryers mess up all the time and that he is scared of the wiring that's even in it and my wife and 17 year old daughter we standing there listening to this I spoke with Milo the owner and he tried telling me it's the safest machine he has well that's pretty sad then. I took my car in for an oil change and new windshield wiper blades and came out with an added bonus...they flushed my tranny as well, which would have cost me double what they charged me...a whoppin $49!!!! was there today oil change didnt go to the one on simpson ave because the last time i was there they had a rude guy there he was a idiot said i needed a new belt .so i took it to my mechanic who said my belt was fine.that was two months ago.so i went to there one in south aberdeen and walked over to get breakfast when i got back to my suprise the same idiot who didnt remember me said i needed a new belt thats when it hit me this was the same guy from the other store .i told him my mechanic said i didnt need a belt thats when he got in my face said i was going to be banned and i told him i wouldnt come back ever.the manager lady was nice and tryed to get him to shut up but he continued to be mouthy and said he was going to call the police. the manager told him to shut up several times i went to the office and paid the bill and left.why is this idiot still working there. read more

these guys got my wife to change transmission oil(we had life time oil) the next time I went in I checked my oil before I went in for a change,it was at the right level but was ready to change the guy changing the oil came and told me I was over two quarts low and that it was a common problem with my model. he said I needed to flush my engine!!! they thought because they got my wife they could get me....I said just change the oil. I checked it when I got home and the oil looked like I was never changed!!!!! run,run away!!!! read more

I called ahead for a quote, and showed up minutes later to service my car. They were prompt, and addressed my car quickly. They asked if they could help with anything further, and didn't press any sales on me. They ended up replacing one of my wipers, topping my fluids, and vacuuming out my car (total bonus!). I liked their service but they lied to me. Said I had no coolant in my system when a month beforehand I replaced the radiator filling the coolant my self knowing it was put it. Plus said I came in one quart of oil low when I replace my oil sensor plug putting in the oil myself I added too much. That was half the reason I went there to get proper oil level. Then they vaccumed my truck its a small truck but they did not vaccume under the one floor mat that was there. I had sunflower seeds all under it. Its not like it was a van or something just a small truck and they couldn't vacuume under one floor mat? I liked their service friendly and did a good job. But I do not appreciate being lied to. But I will go back next time and tell them this is not right. read more
