I told them that it wasn't an emergency, and I'd be happy to schedule for later in the week or whenever they had an opening. They arrived within the hour. And, even better? Finished the work in mere minutes, replacing an aerator that I had not even considered. Plus, they fixed our toilet to boot-- it needed a new flapper and chain-- all in less than 45 minutes total. Then during our encounter he admitted to Tiffany calling and letting him know about my online review today. He was condescending and tried to deny several spots of damage claiming our skirting was previously like that. I acknowledged some small holes from the lawn mower and other areas but showed him the specific spots where his employees worked and how they damaged it. He argued and would not provide a resolution and left stating I can write all the bad reviews I want. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB officially. We used this company to repair our mobile home plumbing. They came out and looked and stated they would need to return tomorrow with a heater to unthaw the main line before they can asses the actual damage. Mind you they charge $90 per visit regardless if they fix it or need to come back. They come back the next day and work on unthawing some lines then find out our water meter is cracked and that has to be fixed before they can do their job (The water meter is the responsibility of the mobile home park) This is another $90 plus they charge us $60 for the labor of unthawing the lines so $240.00 total so far and our plumbing isn't even fixed at that point. We call our front office and have their maintenance man come the next morning and they replace the water meter. Then this company comes back out and replaces what needs fixed and then bills us an additional $900 dollars and states they are giving us 10% off. We pay them in full only to realize they have tore up our skirting around the mobile home. I call Rick on Thursday 02/05 and explain this to him. He states he would need to speak to his guys and then call me back and it might not be until tomorrow (02/06/2026). It is now Tuesday 02/10/2026 and Rick has never called us. I will include photos of the skirting damage for reference. Do not use this company if you don't want property damage with zero acknowledgement and resolution.

The "dispatcher", or maybe the owner, I'm not sure, was very helpful and understood the situation and told us that he could have someone out early Monday morning between 8-1pm. No emergency tech was available on Sunday, at this time. He quoted the service call fee over the phone ( way more reasonable than the other two plumbing services I called, prior to calling KC services...One place had been sold with a new number...never answered, and the 2nd one called back hours later). The KC dispatcher said a text would be sent to notify us that the plumber would arrive in 15 min from the time of the text. Sure enough it did, shortly after 8am on Monday. Along with the text, a bio of the plumber arrived, with a photo. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Our plumber was Roody, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived in the company's van with all parts available for what we needed. He checked out the problem and gave us two scenarios with two quotes. Fortunately, it was the easier fix and lesser fee. His service was quick, left the area clean. I highly recommend this plumbing service to all in the area.

I had a leak in the water line somewhere between my water meter and the shut off valve located inside in a utility closet in the center of my house - the leak was not visible but was confirmed by the county water department after I asked them to inspect because my water bill was astronomical - the county inspector said he knew there was a leak underground because the water meter continued to run after the valve was shut off. I first called another plumber, who believed the leak was beneath the slab and said they would need to excavate a trench through my yard, cut through the concrete sidewalk the concrete front porch the foundation and the concrete slab inside my house and excavate all the way to the shut off valve to replace the line beneath the slab. The first quote to fix the problem, and replace the concrete that would be damaged, was staggering, My son recommended I call Schott for a second opinion. Chris at Schott came out right away - he said the line outside the house was likely the only problem given the age of my home and the home builder - he had done many similar homes in my neighborhood and said the line to the house was a common problem given the home's age, and the materials used by the construction industry when my house was built - and the proper way to fix that was to just drill beneath the yard and bring in a new water line to the house - in his opinion there was likely no need to cut into the concrete slab or do extensive damage to my home and yard. His price was very reasonable. The crews from Schott and Waker came out within a few days, as scheduled - two guys from Schott and two from Waker, with big equipment on trailers - they knew exactly what they were doing, were fast and efficient. They did an excellent job - they drilled and installed a new line beneath my yard from the meter to the house, cleaned up nicely afterwards (you can hardly even tell they were here!) and they were done within 3 hours. When they were done they confirmed there was no other leak beneath the slab. So the first plumber was wrong. I am Very Thankful for Schott's expertise - Chris saved me a huge amount of money and a huge amount of mess, disruption and damage to my home. No need to cut the concrete. No need to replace flooring. Schott is honest, reasonably priced, and professional - they know what they are doing, I recommend them highly. Thank You.

He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. I told him we needed to get the situation resolved, regardless if it was covered under warranty or not. He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could. Once they got into the floor, we ended up discovering even bigger problems than we first thought. They were able to adapt and develop solutions. They never complained about anything being too much work!
