Yesterday in a panic-I thought my key fob was in my purse that was stolen out of my car in my driveway (yes, I know, my fault for not locking) Anyways, I called this locksmith and was told I should hear from someone shortly. About 10 minutes later a lovely gentleman named Tyler called me and listened as I told him my situation and he explained what he would be doing, all the re-programing of the extra key fob, etc., and HOW FAST he was going to be able to get to me. He gave me an affordable price and I told him once my husband got back in town this evening, I would give him a call to get scheduled. Highly recommend. I lost my only key fob. I had issues with other companies who made getting help difficult including dealerships saying that I would have to tow the car to them to get it. Another locksmith came out and told me it couldn't be done here, only at the dealership. This company did their homework, had the fob on hand, verified which one I needed, and when the car computer wouldn't show the PIN, he got it from the dealership. The whole thing took 15-30 mins. WARNING DO NOT CALL THIS LOCKSMITH, YOUR VEHICLE WILL END DAMAGED OR STOLEN. Called to have a key made for a Suburban, chip key, Dustin didn't ask for ID to see if I was the owner of the vehicle and then decided to disassemble my steering column and now it doesn't lock. But that was just the beginning. He charged $150.00 for the key, gave him $160.00, and he said he didn't give change, and left. The key didn't work at all, on doors or ignition. We called him back, only to find out that he had made 3 keys, two were in his possession, and still left the vehicle without a steering column lock. ACCORDING TO POLICE THERE HAS BEEN A HUGE INCREASE IN CAR THEFT AND I DO BELIEVE THIS COMPANY MAY BE THE REASON WHY. BEWARE read more

Firstly, he bid the best price for making a "backup" Lexus key, which was an amazing 10% of the highest yelp bid, and then followed up with professional service and attention to detail. Even though I live in Frisco about 20 minutes his shop, it is well worth the drive. For some reason, other locksmith services I have used over the past 55 years have not been as accommodating or courteous, sometimes they are even condescending and antagonistic.
