As of Jan 2026, this car wash NO LONGER respects cash payments! I waited in line today to get the $18 car wash and all I had was a $50 bill. The cashier told me they don't have $20 bills. Well, I could take $5's and 10's but he wouldn't take my $50 bill. So, I asked the guy, "Why don't you give me the change that your previous customers have given you." He replied, " "most" of our customers use a card." Well, most is not ALL. So rather than allow a cash paying customer (who, I might add, is not causing the business owner to pay the exorbitant, user fees credit card companies now impose on businesses) to give cash for service, they drove away a customer. WAY TO GO!!! I'll happily drive an extra 5 miles south to use another car wash. And as always CASH IS KING!!!! read more

River road location customer service stinks as bad as a rotten fish, got turned away cause my raptors mirrors and fenders stick out to much when I had just gone through the car wash the previous few weeks, we take all our company vechiles through and that will be changing. Just paid for the Platinum plus wash which also includes "Tire Shine" by Armoral. When it was done I went to a convienent store and came out to see that my tires had no tire shine. I went back and showed them. The guy came up with some lamo excuse. Offered another complementry wash. As I was about to get my car rewashed he said that the Tire Shine was broken. My concern is that they knew that it was broken but still charged people for the tire shine. Makes you wonder what you're paying for is not what your getting. Just stick to the regular wash. Other wise you might be throwing money down the carwash drain. read more

Used to have great customer service. Maybe there's a new manager? If you want your car rinsed before driving through the 30 second $15.00 wash, they won't do that anymore. I was told that the new manager instructed the employees to do the "bare minimum" to prep the car before washing it. He actually told me that. It would've taken them maybe 10 seconds for an extra squirt of water around my car so it will be cleaner. Not worth 15 for a half baked 30 second ride through the car wash. read more

This car wash gets super busy, however the employees keep the cars moving pretty seamlessly. Love that the vacuums are now free, which is nice to do a little touch up to get rid of any debris on my floorboards. A couple things I'm not wild about: the amount of times I've gone through it has taken some of the coating off my grill of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma, on the drivers side door panel it leave a blue streak a lot (like a thin line that runs across my door), My rear bumper never gets very clean. If you have the scan bar code like I do from work it's so fast to go through and no fuss with paying and it's just over $30 per month which is great since the Platinum wash (highest quality) is $18 for one wash. So I recommend the unlimited monthly cost. I do love how much rain-ex it puts on my windows flawlessly it makes rainy days so easy to drive in! I do wish they would scrub the wheels a bit more when your first entering, when the employees use the scrub brushes. Business is always so clean and well kept. I've been getting my car washed here for probably 10 years maybe more. They have always done a satisfactory job and I've always tipped the washers 2 bucks.. you have to tip in cash because the owners will not allow it with a card. If the car doesn't get clean then you can go through again for free. Until recently that had only happened once. Today I went through THREE times. Took about 45 minutes. They have a new policy that they won't wash your windows by hand in order to decrease cost and increase profit. They have lost me as a customer and have made a disastrous business decision. The employees are all great but claim their hands are tied and they are not allowed to get the bugs off my windshield if the machine won't get them off. lol I'll wait for the sign that says" new management" before I give them another penny. read more

I am in town for a few months so I purchased a 5-wash card. I used one wash then went back about 2 weeks later. They said I only had 2 washes left. I told them that wasn't possible and they said someone else must using my card. I live alone so I don't see how that is possible.... I asked to speak with a manager but they conveniently didn't have one. I called and left a message asking to speak with someone but no one called back. My impression is that they are running a new scam. I bought 5 car washes but I only get to use 3. This company will steal your money and therefore not provide the service you purchased. I love this place. The wash gets the car pretty clean, better than some I've gone to. The employees are friendly, it's quick and easy. I've actually never run into an unfriendly employee or anyone with an attitude issue- even on the hottest days. You really pay for the convenience, as it's cheaper to DIY. But if you want a quick wash- this is a great place to go. I'd give them a full 5 stars, but the dryers don't fully dry the car (although the rinse does seem to get all the soap off), and it is a bit expensive. It's not so expensive that I won't keep going, but they'd probably make more money overall from me if it was a few bucks less expensive. If the gold package were $7 instead of $10- or if they did a 50% off another wash within 7 days thing with the gold package, I'd end up going every week instead of every 2-3. Stopped in for the first time yesterday. Car got stuck in the mud two days prior and the weather didn't seem to want to stay sunny so I figured it was time to get it scrubbed correctly. Attendants were very friendly (the two girls were, the guy there not so much). There were several cars ahead of me but it was pretty smooth. I paid for the 2nd level car wash ($9) and it got my car pretty darn clean. I would give a 5-star, but the vacuums were not as good. The change machine took my $10 just fine, but the first vacuum machine didn't work. It "clinked" for the first 3 quarters I put in, but even though it took my 4th quarter, nothing happened. Put in another and it took that one also and wouldn't start the machine. I drove around and put my money into another machine and it started up. Unfortunately, there was something stuck in the end of it. Some piece of plastic that I couldn't get out. So the suction was poor. Normally I can vacuum my car and be done in 2-3 minutes tops. I took the full 5 and was trying to get more debris to come out. So the wash was just fine. I give that 5-stars. The vacuum was much less stellar and gets 2-stars. I would go again and maybe skip the vacuum here. read more

When I first started going there a year ago I was very pleased, BUT not so much now. I always buy the $16 package and give the rest of a $20 as a tip. Well the qualmanity is pretty much down to the bottom at this time and there will be no more tips as of today. I noticed the last couple of times I have been in that the car in front of me did not have the right side of their vehicle prepped in anyway and watched when they "prepped mine" that it wasn't even touched from the passinger side back. I looked at it when I got done and it was horrible as was the back of the car. I went back again and this time I told the ypoung man that I wanted the whole vehicle prepped correctly not just what I could see from the inside. Again not done. Great place to get your car washed. The respectful and professional staff is always energetic and enthusiastic. The wash is quick and does an excellent job. This is a locally owned business that does a lot for its community. The management is extremely friendly and the employees always remember me. I have never left here disappointed. If i need something extra like bugs stuck on the bumper or wheels cleaned, I generally try to tip at least a dollar or two and the guys usually to an amazing job. If you got a thing for dudes in ties then your gonna frickin love this place....also....funerals.....you probably love those too....but the car wash is more up beat so you may as well go there cuz like, nobodies dead...as far as i know. oh ya, shouts out to that Eric T guy that wants to pay the Toyota price for a Mercedes....what douche that guy ...The average price to get a car detailed is about $100. One guy took payment, the other scrubbed the windshield...for a second...then leaned against the wall until the other guy came out. Neither hit the wheels with a brush. Which is the reason I stopped. The saga of the scratches to my van continues. I contacted the car wash to get a corporate name and phone number. I was given a bogus corporate name. I then called the 7th Street car wash and talked to a guy named Will. He told me that there was no corporate. I asked who the owner is and he would not give me a name. I explained my problem about the scratches and that the manager would do nothing to help. Will said that he would talk to him. I called him back a couple of days later. I found out that the manager is the same as the River Rd car wash manager. His name is Ivan Walker 541-579-4436. Will told me that after he and Ivan talked, they both agreed that the car wash could not have made those scratches. Will did not see my van. He just took the word of Ivan. If I could give zero stars I would. I usually have great service and a good wash. This time I came out with scratches. When I brought it to the manager Ivan's attention he did what I thought might happen, but not what I expected. He stood his ground by saying he was very confident his wash didn't do the scratches. And my truck was obviously dirty before I came in so how would I know if the scratches were there before or not. He also stated that because my truck has other scratches he was led to believe these weren't from him. I said I know my truck sir and I know these weren't here before the wash and are now here. My wife and I went on Saturday to use the vacuum .We put $1 in and the suction was weak to the extent of not even working .I walked over to the attendant who said before I even got there "Vacuum not working?" I said yes he walked over and just stood and stared at me like I was stupid .He said it sounds like its working to me ! I replied it has no suction. He pulled the vacuum tip off the end off the hose and said he had to go clean it out leaving us there holding the hose full of dirt and nasty crap falling out of it .we pulled the car into another slot and spent another dollar but here is where it gets good when we asked for our money back he said we could have just used the hose without the tip and he was smirking and smiling about it .My wife asked what his name was 3 times and he would not reply .So she asked another worker for his name and he gave it .A very un happy customer read more

I pulled into their car wash last night after driving back to Eugene from Colorado. My SUV was caked in dead bugs. It was very gross and I didn't want to even look at it. I asked the guys to do what they could to get the dead bugs off and they spent about 10 minutes scraping them off the front of the car. Fortunately I was the only one there, otherwise I'm not sure they would have been able to spend that much time. This car wash, specifically the less than helpful attendants, scratched the crap out of my car. They used the brush directly on the paint without soaking it with water first.
