I have had them monthly pass for over three years on both of my cars. Definitely the best value in town. I like that they provide a towel before entering the car wash so you can clean the inside of your car while your car is getting washed. They also have the best vacuums with extra suction to really get the dirt out of your car. You can come to the car wash as many times as you want with the monthly pass. I get my car washed every week. I have been to about 4 places around me. Honestly, the bugs are insane and I hate the windows being dirty. I really like this place. It is ALWAYS busy but they are fast and efficient. It is young adults mostly but there is also an older guy that works really hard with the younger ones. They always do a good job and put extra elbow work on my bugs! The hand out damp cloths to wipe down the inside and are always considerate and friendly. I always come to this location to get my car washed. I love how all Fast Track locations will dry off your vehicle after you get it washed. They have a really nice spacious area to vacuum out your vehicle. We also come here with our travel trailer to use the dump station. There is plenty of room to maneuver around with our truck and 30 foot trailer. read more

I will be leaving a review after todays visit. I had purchased the PLATINUM wash which is the top wash and when vacuuming my vehicle. I had noticed there was black stuff on the side of my vehicle. I asked an older gentleman what it was and he had told me it was tire shine. I asked him if it could be removed and he said yes if I get on my knees and wipe it myself. I brought my truck through the car wash and it was barely dried by an older man. I had spoken to another employee about it not being dried and the younger gentleman had told me that the older gentleman will give something called a " Gary special " which means he will only dry the windows but none of the rest of the car IF he does not see a tip in my hand while he's drying my vehicle. I came through a 2nd time to see if this was true with my wife's car but this time I kept a 5 in my hand. I had seen the older man look into my car and see the 5 in my hand and he took much much longer this time drying my wife's car. so I decided when he was done drying it to not give him the 5 and to drive off. I would like to give 4 or 5 stars because the vacuums are the BEST of any quick self service car wash around. HOWEVER ( you'd think I'd learn) I can give only 2 stars for the actual wash because I have (embarrassed to say how many times) multiple times paid extra for the 'better' wash that is supposed to remove bugs, only to be rushed through, no extra (brush or power hose) attempt made to remove the OBVIOUS bug splatters on the front of the car. I get through the wash with bugs intact. If I want to make an issue of it I can allegedly return through the line as many times as needed to remove the bugs. SERIOUSLY??? Do I need to reserve two hours for Fast Track to actually deliver what is promised? Why not at least attempt to do it right - fulfill the pledge given for the extra $$- on the first wash? No manager on duty,the two Guys drying the car were useless . I pulled over to vacuum and dry my car, as j got out I stepped on a piece of gum.l decided to talk to the manager. No manager, I talked to a heavy set ,dark hair guy with glasses that had no customer service skills at all. He said "you want to talk to the manager because you stepped on gum. My wife and I paid for the monthly service. On our way to get a wash, we were talking about how the employees at this location never seem happy. We pulled up and told the young man that we have the monthly pass but got new plates on our car and needed to update them in their system - to which he said he's new (implying that he didn't know how to). We told him that was fine. We had the previous paper plates with us, which we used to sign up so he ran those to get the wash. He told us that he couldn't find the monthly on this plate so I suggested he use the VIN. He tried the VIN, same result (which now we realize, he put the number in wrong). I suggested he do it again, he did, still nothing. By this time, they had already sprayed and lathered the front of our car. I asked him if there was anyone else who could try. He stated they were ALL new because everyone who previously worked there quit. So I asked him what he wanted to do, he asked if I just wanted to pay for a car wash. I told him no, because I already paid for the monthly car wash. By this time, there was a long line of cars behind me. He asked me if I wanted him to have all the cars back up. I responded, "if that's what you want to do". One of the ladies working suggested that we just drive through (without the wash). So we did, and our car came out soapy and wet. The young man drying at the end asked what happened, so I told him. He stated that the man up front didn't know how to look up the monthly passes using the VIN. This guy was kind and dried our car the best he could. He suggested we come back in 30 min when the manager returned from lunch. We declined and went across town to the other location. We were greeted there with great customer service and used our monthly pass without an issue. Moving forward, although this location is convenienly located by our house, we will save the drama and go across town. My feedback to management is to train their employees and invest in boosting team morale. read more

It was a good carwash, my car got cleaner then it typically does at others like Prime Shine or Rapid Xpress. I like that they give you a towel for the dash instead of just a dash wipe, although it could be a bit more wet, but I will cut them some slack considering how hot it was. One thing I'll say is the girl taking the money, or the employees weren't super friendly like they are at prime shine. I had a coupon for the tire gloss (yelp) and you can see where the machine partially sprayed ONE of my tires. Vacuums were good also, I like the 2 different nozzles. I often use this car wash service is great and I prefer the vacuums that are more powerful here compared to other car washes in town. I love to give more stars but I have told the workers a few times they need to sweep the vacuum areas. Because every time I finish cleaning the car I get in to only have my shoes get tons of dirt on my black interior from the dirty parking lot. It's very annoying to have just cleaned the car n drive away with a dirty drivers mat. It never fails. I would love to give 5 Starr's if they fixed this problem! read more

We have memberships to this car wash. The last 5 washes have been lower grade wash options that we pay for. They have poor quality on prepping the vehicle before the "wash" it's in a great location, which is why I am giving them a 1 star. I have been a monthly wash holder for a few years...more for the convenience than the "great wash". I wash my car at minimum 3 times a week sometimes 4. So with that said my car is never extremely dirty. The last few months every time I go through my car is still filthy. I've spared the dryer the time in drying to let them know I will be going through again. To find the same bug spot on my windshield and dirt specs on my hatch. It's frustrating to say the least. I have even asked the employee drying to take a look at my car and show them where the problematic areas are on my vehicle type. In hopes they would spread the info and take pride in their work. Clearly they don't care! Looks like I just might be canceling my monthly and signing up for my local car wash in my home town. Sad to me that the employees can't be better trained on how to use a brush and visually spot the excessive dirty areas (hatch, bottom of vehicles, grills, front bumpers etc) read more

I love this place! If you don't have a buy 3 or 4, get one free card, they input your vehicles license plate every time you go through. Every 10th wash is free! It's also the best wash you can get. The employees are friendly and helpful. They give you a free vacuum token and a damp lint free towel to wipe down the interior. By the vacuums are air fresheners as well as a carpet cleaning machine. They also have coin operated self self wash bays, propane refilling and an RV dump station. Close to the 99 freeway and gas stations. read more

Took my white benz here for the first time after a few days of rain. Car came out still very dirty, they didn't even at least try to wipe it down, I had to pull into the parking and wipe off all the dirt that was still left behind. Taking it trough chevron carwash does a better job. read more

Don't waste your money. Been here twice and each time I was there the person drying the car had to be at least 70 years old. The first time I went through I pulled around afterwards to the vacuum cleaners to vacuum out my car and noticed that the whole bottom of my car from about the middle of my door all the way around my whole car was still completely wet. Not just a tiny bit wet but completely wet and had not been touched at all. So the next time I went through I mentioned to the young man when I paid what had happened and he said he would certainly look into it. The second time i went the same exact thing happened. My whole car had not been dried properly. So I called again and told them I would not be back. Both times I got out and completely dried my car off myself. I really am not a picky person but if I was going to have to get out and completely dry my own car I would have gone to one of the self service car washes where I do the whole thing myself read more
