Best car wash IF the right people are working when you go. The fella working on 8/7/25 at 4:30pm has never sprayed the wash on any of our cars. Not sure if he's lazy or racist, but other cars in front and behind us get the spray. He needs to find an easier job. If that even exists. read more

BEWARE!! Took my corolla 2008 S to Mister Car wash at 1400 Geer road, exactly a week ago. Half way into the drive-through tunnel, I heard a very loud bang behind my car. When I exited, I found out that the spoiler on my trunk was out and trailing behind my car, only held in place by the wire that connects the brake light. The I parked at the vacuum spot, tried to see if it is something that I could fix, but I could not. I was still ruminating on what to do, when I saw one of the staff and called her attention. Narrated what happened and she used her radio to notify someone inside the building. After some minutes, a lady walked up to me with a tablet device, interviewed me and took some pictures of the car and the damaged component and told me that she would submit the report and the management will contact me within 72 hours. She sent a copy of the report to my email. After 72 hours, I called the office line and was told that they were yet to carry out the investigation. After another 2 days, I called again and was told to exercise patience that they were yet to review the report. That they were facing a lot of challenges in their station right now (possibly their car wash machines are causing a lot of damages). I just got off the phone few minutes ago with one of their agents: the report was that the spoiler was loose (broken) already before I came to the car wash. They were not liable for the damage done to my car by their machine. What an insensitive, and racist feedback!! read more

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. Last month I bought the monthly membership and have gone several times since then and every time it's super quick and the staff are all pleasant. You can't beat $20 a month for unlimited (basic) washes. I'm always in a rush but I've been wanting to use the vacuums they have available. I only deducted a star because the dryers at the end don't do a great job but that's my only complaint. I've visited the other locations in town and this one is my favorite. read more

While the staff may smile and wave, they are not proficient enough to deal with and direct 3 lanes of traffic on a busy day. Why there are 3 lanes to begin with is beyond me, but as a monthly paying customer, I shouldn't be seeing cars that pulled up after me, passing me in line. Seriously. Maybe limit to two lanes. Took my wife's brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 to this car wash today for the first time. Unfortunately, the brushes grab the mirror and pulled the mirror apart. It was a very violent noise, and I knew something wasn't right. As I was going through, it felt like the brushes were just hitting the car with too much force. Upon inspection, I found the passenger side mirror damaged. I reported the incident, and a young lady came out and took pictures, and filed the report. She said that some manager would review it and I should hear back in 3 to 7 business days. They didn't even send out a supervisor to talk with me. Needless to say, we are very upset. This car only has 442 miles. I will follow up with this post after I hear from the manager. I have heard back from the manager (Rebecca), and Mister Car Wash is going to take care of the mirror. She was very professional and genuinely concerned about the damage and making it right. We are very pleased as we have two other vehicles on the monthly pay plan and really wanted to stay with them. I am improving my rating to a 3 at this time. When the repairs are completed, I will come back and update this post with pictures and improve my rating if warranted. read more

This is by far the slowest car wash I've ever used. I go to many other Mister locations and every one is faster. I just don't understand why this location is so bad. They wait until the car in front of you is completely inside before you can even start to drive in. Really? This happens every time. If I could I would go somewhere else. This was my favorite location to go to. Everyone is really nice and the car wash used to be pretty decent (it does do a poor job washing the back end of vehicles) Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Yesterdays car wash left a big scratch on the hood of my car. I am really doubtful Mister will help cover the cost to try to buff this out. Just from reading other reviews for this company, it doesn't sound like this is something they help with. Really unfortunate. read more

Just left. Paid $10 for wash. Water spots and vacuums all done. Asked if I could have $ back and told out of their control. Asked why they did not tell me when I paid and their response if "out of our control and car wash is fee anyway. You can go across town to another mister to vacuum. As I was walking away they yell to me "have a nice day." I know some of you will think I am a car but you have a right to ask. You have a right to question. I was pleasant considering $10 is a lot to spend on half a promise. Yelling at me "have a nice day," was rude, unprofessional and mean. Stay away from this mister. No wonder it is not busy. My roof spoiler was torn off. They wouldn't cover damages because they said it was loose going in and my Cadillac SRX car is 9 yrs old. I take very good care of my car and have kept it this long because it is still so nice looking and runs so well. The only thing that touches the roof and spoiler is their car wash. I will never use their car wash again. Years of happiness have gone down the drain. read more

Can't use cash. Only debit or credit card. Don't ask for PIN number so if your card is lost or stolen, they don't need pin to use. Sticking with Fast Track. Car was cleaner. Can use cash. And they dry with towel. Not going back. read more

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they ask you for a tip. Why are businesses that give no actual service asking for a tip? The guy just took my credit card and put it in the machine for me that I could've done on my own and then asked for a tip..? What am I tipping for exactly? Putting people in an awkward position of subtle guilt if they do not leave a tip is a cheap way to get money, especially if they are doing nothing but taking my card and putting in a freakin machine while my car is being washed by another machine. If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the WORST car wash I have ever been to. Their customer service is horrible as well. I went to this car wash and their machines ripped off my spoiler which cause major damage to my trunk and scratched my rear bumper and caused $3,282.91 worth of damage to my vehicle. Customer service reached out to me and asked me to get an estimate of the damage from my body shop and a few hours after I took it to them, I received a call from an EXTREMELY unprofessional representative who told me that Mister Car Wash will cover $0 of the damage done to my vehicle. It is very unfair that I paid $12 for a car wash just for them to cause thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. I went this morning for the very first time. Looks really clean and seems popular! Quite a few cars going through the gates. When I got up to the gate I asked the lady standing there if they took cash. She said she would be right back and proceeded to help another car that was unable to drive through the gate. I figured she was coming back to collect the cash and give me a receipt to get me going. From sitting there for awhile I would see a car drive up and the gate would open. Seems they have a tag on the windshield that opens automatically. After several attempts the lady finally got finished with that car and now there are 3 cars behind me. She finally came back and said "no, sorry they don't take cash" then she let me though the gate and told me how to leave. Wow. She could have said no a lot sooner instead of letting me sit there collecting cars behind me. Needless to say unless you have the tag on your car, and it's working properly.... You can have a car wash. Me? I went to another car wash. I was not impressed with no cash- no service attitude. Plus the long wait to be told "no" and shown the way out. read more

Not worth it. Huge lines for the past months to wait in with zero awareness or management regarding which car(s) was there first. Not sure what caused this big change in service. It's mismanaged chaos now. One employee will bang on your passenger side window to direct you to weave into a disorganized cluster of multiple cars vying for one space, then another stands in front of your car rudely with 'police' traffic hand signals so you can't move forward to the same place the first knocking employee pointed to. While simultaneously cars newly arriving in the far third lane are directed in front of others who have been patiently waiting. Makes no sense. If you need or want more stress in your life, this is the car wash for you. Once you're in the actual wash it stops and you wait even longer. Titanium 360 is more like tin foil 0. Then you leave with your car still wet in multiple places, leaving water spots. Time to cancel membership! Refund would be the appropriate result. read more

I bought the Platinum car wash $20 and ran it through twice there was still lots of bugs on the front and dust all over the black plus a big smear of green wax all over the back window ...I rate the car wash good for entertainment but bad for clean car... Sorry you failed to do the job I usually do my self at the $3.00- $8.00 quarter car wash that does get my car clean. Vacuums worked good you got that right ! read more
