Hannah We came to Francois at Fast Twitch approximately 1 year ago frustrated because we wanted a result driven strength and conditioning program for our daughter that was being directed by someone with a educational background and commensurate experience. Our daughter is a athlete with Olympic aspirations. Our first meeting with Francois was very business like and direct. I was impressed with his background and his focus on providing a no nonsense training program for our daughter. Over the many months those feelings have been strongly reinforced. The results have been amazing! She has had a significant decrease in body fat with a notable increase in muscle mass and strength. Not only is she becoming stronger but she is becoming leaner and a much better athlete. I simply couldn't have asked for anymore. If what you want in a athletic trainer is pretender who is filled with anecdotal information ripped from some body building forum off the internet and someone who lacks any significant educational background and client track record then I suggest you look elsewhere. My dad and I started just a few weeks ago and have already seen an improvement. My dad is a 6ft, 300pound diabetic man, and I'm suffering from a heart condition and still dealing with complications from surgeries. Neither one of us have been in shape in years and yet we both have already lost over an inch in our waists.
