This place is affordable for the classes that are provided and in my opinion the owner could be charging more like other places in the area that do not offer the same quality of services. The trainers and staff in general is professional and nice. The equipment is vast- overall very chill vibe. I come at 5am where it's typically not as many people through the week. I've tried to do after 5pm on a weekday and it's packed wall to wall. The weekends are also a great time to come. When signing up for a trainer, if you choose to use, do what's comfortable to YOU! I recommend Claudia. She's extremely efficient and is great at maximizing your time to get the best results.

I quickly learned how to eat properly to keep my blood sugar under control. I also had some lower & middle back pain. I was concerned that some day I was going to need surgery. After training for a few months and focusing on strengthening my abs my back pain went away. I would definitely recommend CTS if you want a better quality of life.
