I basically live here 3 times a week because I signed up for the unlimited plan (might as well get my money's worth, right?). At this point I think the staff knows my car better than my mechanic does. The crew is always friendly, even if a couple of them look like they're still trying to figure out what planet we're on. Still, they keep the line moving and get my car looking fresh, so no complaints. The wash is clean, smooth, and doesn't leave my ride looking like it survived a dust storm. That said... Called and spoke to the manager Samone and she said that I would be getting my refund and after almost 2 weeks I still didn't receive my refund. They claim I didn't submit within 5 days of being charged but that is not true. I submitted 6 days prior. Such an unethical company. The customer support representative, Emily Arnold, was so rude and dismissive. I requested a follow up with the dm Dylan Wilks and I haven't heard back. I don't reside in this area, but stopped in on the way to the Orange County Auto Show--You cannot show up at an auto show with a dirty car! Can you? I got the least expensive Bronze Wash for $8.00 and received an "OK" what was worth $5.00 wash. It got the top dirt off, but nothing exciting. Problem with this wash may be they don't have enough brushes in the tunnel. Other washes have more going on to get the car clean. This wash will not get off bird dropping. And no one should come here with a new car you care about because like I write about with all automated washes--those high velocity spinning brushes will scratch your car. If this was a $5.00 wash I would come here again--not sure I would pop in again for $8.00. The vacuums are sufficiently strong but not the high suction you find at other washes and they do have enough stations. The short interaction that I had with employees was fine. In sum, this wash is a 3-star "Okay" at $8.00. If the wash was $5.00 I would give it 4-stars. There is no way I would give it 5-stars even if it was free. read more

The "manager" gave me a form to fill out where it says they are not responsible for broken mirrors.
