I have been to this location a few times. Every time I have been here it has always been clean. There is not much interaction with staff, but they have always been nice. I have a membership with Rapids Express and love that I can go to any of their locations. I think getting a membership is definitely worth it if you get your car washed at least three times a month. Car was does a pretty good job and I just have the cheapest membership. They have many spots where you can dry your car and vacuum. I would definitely recommend. read more

I recently visited Rapids Express Car Wash on Ball Rd and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During the wash, I heard a loud noise coming from the back of my car. When I parked to dry it off, I noticed that the machine had broken my rear wiper arm. I immediately informed the employees, and they were very helpful and professional. They explained the process, took my information, and said they would review the camera footage to determine what happened and how to proceed with a repair or replacement. I appreciated their cooperation and quick response at that moment. However, about two weeks later, a manager from their main office called and told me that there was nothing they could do. They said they followed all protocols, including taping the wiper before washing, and therefore were not responsible. While I understand that policy, this situation was beyond my control, and I expected a bit more customer care. The part costs around $50, which isn't a big deal, but losing a loyal customer over such a "small" amount seems counterproductive. I've been paying about $30 per month (roughly $360 per year), and would have continued if they had gone above and beyond to make things right. I'm disappointed that Rapids chose policy over customer satisfaction. A simple gesture of customer care could have kept me as a happy, long-term customer. read more

I'm so glad there's a car wash place so close to me. I've been watching this place get built, along with 7-11 right next to it. And now that it's complete I had to go try it out. I got the unlimited membership online. First month has a lower price, then it will renew at regular rate. I love that I can drive through immediately after signing up. I got the basic one which still washes pretty well. There are 2 things that I feel could use an improvement on. First of all, the side mirrors rarely ever get completely dried. I usually drive away with them still having a bunch of water spots. Secondly, the machines always knock around my passenger side mirror and push it in every time. I always have to get out of my car to open it back up. Other than that, the place is brand new, modern, and clean which earns them major points. Planning on washing my car here at least once a week. read more

I believe this is the 4th Rapid Express Car Wash, so they must be doing something right. I have the monthly plan, and there was no problem reading my license plate. Kudos to the nice guy who waved when I pulled up to the kiosk. It's smaller than the other 3 I've visited, with only one side of vacuums, but they have probably the longest areas for cars to line up, so hopefully no one will block Ball Road like the one on Tustin Ave. Pulling into the car wash is different from the others in that there's a little incline rather than a nice slope. I usually put my car in neutral and roll onto the track, but here I had to keep it in gear a little longer before putting it in neutral. The first thing I noticed was how smoothly the load was put onto the track. No bumps, no feeling of the tires settling into place, nothing. It was beautiful. They also have roller towels to help dry your car, which I love! (If you ever want to install those on your Tustin Ave location, I wouldn't cry, as that's the one closest to me.) The vacuums are the same as those in other locations, which is great. Be aware that when you leave the lot, you have to turn west onto Ball Road. Otherwise, I have no issues. read more

During the visit, the site mgr shows me footage of my vehicle leaving the tunnel, the date of the incident and "without damage." Keep in mind, this same site mgr emailed me a photo of my vehicle from a visit a week and two days prior supposedly damaged. Additionally, the cameras at the entrance of Ball Rd, the same cameras that I requested footage from, supposedly "have been offline." The relevance of this footage is huge since this angle would have captured the front end of my vehicle from a where the lighting hits from different angle. Quite the coincidence that this camera was offline. This organization has done everything possible from being deceitful to furnishing inaccurate information simply to support their inaccurate denial. To this day, the organization has not allowed their carrier to complete proper investigation nor have they shared any carrier information. I simply don't understand how my vehicle, according to this organization, has supposed damages a week prior to the date of this incident, yet also leaves their tunnel without damages ON the day of this incident. With that said, please exercise caution with this organization and ALL LOCATIONS as all locations have the same equipment that damaged my vehicle. Use my experience to your advantage. This car wash just has their Grand Opening at the beginning of Sept 2025 & is right off the Ball exit near the 57 Freeway! I am a loyal customer & have a car wash membership with Rapids Express! I'm glad they opened a location so close to me! I like how the setup is & how this location was built. There's plenty of room & it's spacious! The Patrons were outside welcoming everyone in for a free car wash! They offer great monthly membership deals or they also have one time purchases available as well, there are 4 tiers of car washes, plenty of options! I came by a few days ago & felt very welcomed by the staff, everyone smiled & waved & they all worked great as team guiding the customers into the carwash area! I will continue to come back often & I was glad to see some familiar faces, I recognized some of the staff members from the other locations. After my car wash, my car was shining & super clean! read more
