I got here around 8:30 so I was able to get the early bird special. I grew up in LA so hand washes were always the norm around here. And I've been missing the attention to detail in car washes. Sure I got to sit outside but the workers were very friendly and sweet and let me ask them questions about their tiered cleaning specials. I got to enjoy watching the workers buff my car clean and I was thoroughly impressed with their service and attitude. I am beyond disappointed with the car wash service I received here. I paid $30 expecting a thorough cleaning, but it was a complete waste of money. My car wasn't properly washed, the vacuuming was half-done, and there was still so much dirt left behind. They didn't even bother to dust off the interior or dry the car fully. It was still wet when I left, leaving streaks and water spots all over the exterior. The quality of service was terrible, and I honestly feel like I could have done a better job myself. I'm not sure if it's due to the staff being older, but something definitely needs to change if this business wants to keep its customers happy. This carwash has gone downhill completely. I tried giving this carwash another try since I'm local to the area, but never again! They don't have enough staff to dry the vehicles so they just let them sit in the sun unattended. It took an hour on a Monday to get my car back. Since they are so understaffed they do a horrible job, my car was still dirty in so many spots, and on top of all that, to charge $26 for a "Deluxe" wash is criminal. This carwash is not worth the time and money, any drive through carwash is better than this place. It's really unfortunate, this place used to be a decent place to get a hand wash and dry. Stay away, not professional at all been going there for a while now, i got my car washed there last week and when i got home I noticed this huge scratch on the roof, I went back to car wash and they were trying to tell me that i was not done at the car wash and that I'm making things up, after talking to a couple workers i knew for a long time they told me to come back the next day, when i got there the next day the employee started checking the car out and he start finding other scratches that i didn't even notice, they damaged my paint using dirty brushes, he took photos took my number and told me somebody is going to call me, no one did so far, they never heard of damage claims. Wow I don't know what has happened to this car wash. I've been coming here for 13 years but it's not like it used to be. A basic car wash is $16.95 plus a up charge of $1 for my flex and after tip my mediocre wash costs $22. I can definitely do a better job than what they do at a $5 drive thru place. I used to always get a early bird discount of $3 but today she said it was only for the more expensive washes?! They are currently under major construction and they are not putting the cars through the wash. I went around the back to find them just rinsing my car off with a hose. They did not inform me that the wash wasn't working and they would be hand washing it. I never even saw them soap it. Ridiculous... The cherry on top is I waited 40 minutes. I was waiting passionately while my car was getting ready and I see the guy barely doing any effort and when he was done he told me he washed it very good from the inside and outside and I had a look around and the were wet spots everywhere in between the doors and it was very clear and he's excuse was the towel doesn't reach those place when I would wash my own car I can clearly reach those places and he still had the audacity to say "a tip would be nice" when I had to get one of my own towels and dry those places up. They had told me it would take 3-4 hours and they finished after 6 hours. One of the worker, who punch what type of service I want, was honest enough to offer me "Deluxe" for the "Classic" price. The inside of the waiting room/pay station seem to be in a remodeling phase. Just got back from there and got the deluxe car wash. I used to go here, pre pandemic, all the time and was happy with them. I usually clean my own car but it needed a good cleaning this time. There are still marks all over the outside, small yellowish/brownish drops, the inside had some dust in the back and they caked my wheels with the shiny stuff but did not put it on evenly and it looks horrible. They have also closed the inside and it looks like it's being used for storage so I'm assuming there are no bathrooms available if needed. read more

You lose every penny paid at this car wash. I have a 2018 Honda. It is literally shining new. The maximum I would ask for is a basic wash to maintain the cleanliness of the car. I left the car and asked the supervisor to wash it like it was his own car because i have had bad experience last time in their car wash. I returned to pick it up and it was nasty. It was obvious they did not even wipe the body or glass shield. The dirt was sticky when i drove in. After the wash, it became muddy. They did not bother scrubbing it away. Took moms car for a detail (inside & out). I spoke with Temo and told him what I wanted. Came back 3 hours later and Chava transformed the car! The color looks great and the inside was supper clean!
