I decided to ditch my usual place to try Euclid Hand car wash. All I know is I'm going to find a different place next time. It was my first time here and was quite excited to bring in my worst condition car for a spa treatment. I was recommended the $200 detail package to help my really bad water spots on my car. They told me my car will be taken care of and will look brand new once finished. I was hopeful. Whole process took just about 1 hour and 45 mins even though I was told 1 hour. All good. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved. read more

Never again. I'm SO irritated with Euclid Hand Car Wash. I've been coming here for YEARS, but today was enough to make me never come back. The man who checked my car in kept insisting that per his boss my BMW was "too low" to go through the tunnel and told me I had to pay $40 for a hand wash. Ummm... there was literally a BMW 3 Series JUST LIKE MINE right before me that went through the tunnel! Make it make sense. I even told them I've been a loyal customer for years, and they still insisted. At this point, it really felt like they just saw an opportunity to charge me more. And honestly, it's not the $40--it's the principle. I absolutely HATE feeling like a business is taking advantage of customers to make a quick buck. If the policy is truly about certain cars being "too low," then why was the BMW right in front of me allowed through? After years of being a customer, this is how you lose one. Gentleman who wrote up ticket quoted a discount price but when I went to the cashier she said there was no discount. Manager needed to be called and then he went to spoke to ticket writer. Thankfully the gentlemen after me was quoted the same price and could vouch for what I was quoted. Only after speaking to ticket writer, they adjusted the price. I'm a pro-trained detailer, now retired and usually unable to wash my own vehicles these days. Most car washes slowly (or quickly!), damage your paint. Plz believe me. "Brushless" or automatic washes absolutely damage the finish over time. If I can't wash it myself, it's got to be someone who will wash it by hand. It really depends who handles your car here. I had an older gentlemen who cleaned my truck and restored my headlights as shown in the photos attached. He put the elbow grease into making sure my headlights looked amazing. You can tell some workers here really care about the craft and quality of their work. Most of the time I have a good experience here. Been coming here for years. Rarely do I see a job that's unsatisfactory but fortunately can be fixed with being vocal and adjusting my tip amount. If I can only give zero stars they upsold me a mini detail for $80 because they said my car had water marks. Fine I usually get like a platinum wash because I want my interior wiped etc. I go back home there is bird poop and water stains. No attention to detail at all. When they check you in, they are so polite and I haven't experienced anyone trying to upsell me. I ask for the silver wash, which is the lowest one, currently at about $28. Someone rings you up inside and gives you a ticket to hand to your car wash professional. They have some air fresheners inside but they also ask if you want a scented spray. I always opt out because I prefer the little tree air fresheners. The guys really take their time to dry the car and get all the tough spots. I've been coming here for a few months now, and I always receive really good service and they do a great job. A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. I have lived in the neighborhood for 38 years. Not all the employees have this work ethic. Mostly the two men that give you the pricing and receipt are condescending. In the last six years it stopped being a neighborhood car wash and lacks the quality for the price point. Granted my Dad owned his own car detailing business for many years and I know what to expect from the services offered. I've been going to this car wash for two decades, which in Southern California time makes me something of a loyalist. But today, my loyalty met its limit. What happened to all the respectful, courteous people that worked here? The attendant tried out his "hard sell" routine on me, straight out of a Grant Cardone sales manual that should have stayed buried in the 1980s. I replied, "No thank you." and told him what I wanted (which is what I always get). Calmly. Firmly. Like an adult. He chose to ignore me. I said it again. Nothing, he just kept pushing his menu card in my face, pointing to something I had already declined. By the third time, I had to tell him to step back because I was taking my business elsewhere. Only then did he back down, muttering "Ok!" as he slunk away. This wasn't just irritating - it felt aggressive, dismissive, and downright hostile. If this is how they treat longtime customers, especially female customers, no thanks. No one should have to fend off pushy, outdated sales tactics when all they want is a clean car. There are plenty of car washes in this town that won't make you feel like you're being cornered at a used-car lot in 1987. Do yourself a favor: take your car, and your money, somewhere else. I recently brought my brand-new silver Tesla here. The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated their customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the car wash itself was very disappointing. While some areas of the car looked clean, there were numerous visible water spots left on the mirrors, mirror housing, hood, trunk, and front of the vehicle. These spots were difficult to remove, and I don't expect to have to clean my car myself after paying for a professional service--especially since water spot removal is something they advertise as part of certain packages. I personally do not live in this area and drove about 40 minutes specifically to try this car wash, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I did point out some of the water spots to the employee who handed me my keys, and he wiped down a few areas, but there were still many spots left that were clearly visible. I'm not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I'm simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for. read more

6/2/2024 First time at Euclid Hand Car Wash. Was there 2 weeks ago. Typical carwash, except that they don't wipe the interior unless you pay them. I chose the Silver Wash which includes: 100% Hand Wash, Interior Vacuum, Rims Cleaned, Windows Cleaned In & Out, Polish Wax, Tire Dressing, and Air Freshner for $22.99. I have to pay more for the interior dressing! The guy at the front desk did tell me there won't be interior dressing, so I was warned. But man, other places do it for free, so why can't they? You have to pay more than $23 for that?? Not to mention, the interior wasn't super clean too. The exterior did look clean, but upon close inspection, it wasn't exceptional. I brought my 2010 F-150 to Euclid Hand Car Wash in Anaheim expecting a simple basic wash and interior cleaning. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell my mom into an expensive "showroom finish" service, claiming the truck was too muddy for anything basic. We were charged $250, and the results were unacceptable. The exterior looks like they sprayed on a greasy tire shine and didn't even bother wiping it down. The rims were not properly cleaned, and the tire shine is still dripping and slung all over the inner plastic. It looks sloppy and rushed. The interior is even worse -- everything feels oily and greasy, like they just sprayed product everywhere without actually detailing or finishing the job. The truck honestly looked better before we brought it in. I would have rather kept it muddy than have it returned in this condition. The sad part is that my parents used to bring this truck here all the time, and in the past the quality and pricing were always great. That's why this experience was so disappointing -- this time they completely dropped the ball. For the price they charge here, you could easily get a much higher quality interior and exterior detail from a mobile detailer, done professionally at the convenience of your own home. I really wanted this place to work out since it's down the street but it didn't. You would think that all tiers of washes would be 100% hand-washed based on the massive sign outside but they're not. What they actually do is put your car on a conveyer and send it through the tunnel. I pulled up to the back of the lot and was told that my never-lowered, non-modded coupe with the same ground clearance as a regular sedan might be too low for the conveyer and since they don't want to damage it, they will need to actually hand-wash it for an extra $15. I would've left right then but I desperately needed a good wash due to numerous sap and bird droppings so I ponied up to see what kind of a job they could do. The wash was super fast, leading me to believe that they didn't really too much beyond soap, scrub, and a hose down. I chose the cheapest tier (no interior work/vacuum) since I was not planning on paying an extra $15 when I went and with tip, the total came out to $38. I gave the stars for successfully removing the droppings, which is why I went in the first place. But I could've done the exact same thing myself at a self-wash for $10-15, which is what I did the following week. I won't be returning. read more

Took in my brand new truck . Only had it a month and wanted a hand wash since we have a paint coat on . The guy writing up the ticket right away fights me up for the $80 to do water spot treatment and said the inside is super dirty . I said it's not that dirty it's only a month old and just needed a vacuuming. He offers me a discount which it still makes it a very expensive simple handwash . This place is packed so I figured i took it to a really good place .30 mins later he finds me to ask why I need a hand wash since it's not lowered or anything like that . I said I just want it for the paint . They end up doing it in the back of the shop and man it was terrible . After tip I end up still paying $80 and I was waiting 2 hrs !!! When I start driving the front windshield has smudges and the rims were cleaned good . They put so wax cream all over the truck and it was not rubbed it good at all . My black handles were white and had to be rubbed off . My husband was so bummed we paid that much and he had to spend a while still cleaning the truck after them . The inside was pretty clean and shiny but not at all worth the money I spend . I will not be back and will continue just taking it to Orange where I usually would go . Okay so I wasn't going to upload this review because I just wanted to leave it alone but whatever now, a few months ago I brought my Scat Pack Charger here for their $175 detail for their mini paint correction to clean up a few spots. The car came out and they removed what I asked, the problem is that after the wax washed off in the rain the next few days the car was absolutely COVERED in swirls from the buffing pad. These people have absolutely 0 idea what they're doing. I charged it back with my bank and they actually fought to reverse it... even with their shitty service. Nobody made this right and now this will end up costing even more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE. I will gladly update this review with clear photos when I can. read more

This place will upsell you and add bs fees. Usually there's a small fee for larger vehicles but my small subi got a small fee because it has a lot of trim. It's always annoying saying I want a gold wash then the salesmen says "no you don't want that, let me show you something that cost 4x more" then I say no then they keep trying to haggle. I got the full interior/exterior detail today. They got off 15 years of tree sap and gunk off exteriors of car, looks brand new especially preserving the paint. My car is so old...doesn't even have back up camera. I had the works done and my car feels brand new! I see the reviews of this place not that great but my philosophy is never be in a rush if you are going to 1) get a haircut 2) going to dentist or 3) getting house or car cleaned. Seriously, if you rush people...don't be mad if they do a crappy job. True they try to sale you extras but speak to manager, they may cut you a deal if you are willing to do more stuff to the car. Bring your car in early morning or non rush hours (avoid noon time rush) and they will do a fantastic job. I went in a Monday early noon and it took about 2.5-3 hours.
