Thankfully the gentlemen after me was quoted the same price and could vouch for what I was quoted. Only after speaking to ticket writer, they adjusted the price. I've been coming here for a few months now, and I always receive really good service and they do a great job. A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. If you want to enjoy the sun, there's a huge patio with a cement shading. read more

Fine I usually get like a platinum wash because I want my interior wiped etc. I go back home there is bird poop and water stains. No attention to detail at all. I've been a lazy bones and have been getting a hand car wash for the last few months. So far, all of my visits have been positive. When they check you in, they are so polite and I haven't experienced anyone trying to upsell me. I ask for the silver wash, which is the lowest one, currently at about $28. Someone rings you up inside and gives you a ticket to hand to your car wash professional. They have some air fresheners inside but they also ask if you want a scented spray. I always opt out because I prefer the little tree air fresheners. The guys really take their time to dry the car and get all the tough spots. I have lived in the neighborhood for 38 years. Not all the employees have this work ethic. Mostly the two men that give you the pricing and receipt are condescending. In the last six years it stopped being a neighborhood car wash and lacks the quality for the price point. I've been going to this car wash for two decades, which in Southern California time makes me something of a loyalist. But today, my loyalty met its limit. What happened to all the respectful, courteous people that worked here? The attendant tried out his "hard sell" routine on me, straight out of a Grant Cardone sales manual that should have stayed buried in the 1980s. I replied, "No thank you." and told him what I wanted (which is what I always get). Calmly. Firmly. Like an adult. He chose to ignore me. I said it again. Nothing, he just kept pushing his menu card in my face, pointing to something I had already declined. By the third time, I had to tell him to step back because I was taking my business elsewhere. Only then did he back down, muttering "Ok!" as he slunk away. This wasn't just irritating - it felt aggressive, dismissive, and downright hostile. If this is how they treat longtime customers, especially female customers, no thanks. No one should have to fend off pushy, outdated sales tactics when all they want is a clean car. There are plenty of car washes in this town that won't make you feel like you're being cornered at a used-car lot in 1987. Do yourself a favor: take your car, and your money, somewhere else. I recently brought my brand-new silver Tesla here. The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated their customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the car wash itself was very disappointing. While some areas of the car looked clean, there were numerous visible water spots left on the mirrors, mirror housing, hood, trunk, and front of the vehicle. These spots were difficult to remove, and I don't expect to have to clean my car myself after paying for a professional service--especially since water spot removal is something they advertise as part of certain packages. I personally do not live in this area and drove about 40 minutes specifically to try this car wash, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I did point out some of the water spots to the employee who handed me my keys, and he wiped down a few areas, but there were still many spots left that were clearly visible. I'm not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I'm simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for. read more

I had a frustrating experience at Euclid Car Wash today. I went in asking for something simple--a regular wash for my truck, my floor mats cleaned, and tire shine only. That's it. Instead of just giving me what I asked for, the employee kept pushing me to upgrade to a more expensive package that included armor all on both the inside and outside. I clearly explained multiple times that I do NOT like dressing on the exterior--I don't want that shiny look. It's just personal preference. Rather than respecting that, he kept insisting "everyone gets it" and trying to convince me otherwise. It felt like he wasn't listening at all and just wanted to sell what he preferred, not what the customer wanted. When I asked if I could just do the regular wash and add mat cleaning, he told me no--that I had to pick a package. That made no sense and was honestly the final straw. I ended up leaving and taking my business somewhere else. Customer service should be about listening and accommodating reasonable requests, not pushing upgrades and ignoring what the customer clearly says they want. Won't be coming back. read more

6/2/2024 First time at Euclid Hand Car Wash. Was there 2 weeks ago. Typical carwash, except that they don't wipe the interior unless you pay them. I chose the Silver Wash which includes: 100% Hand Wash, Interior Vacuum, Rims Cleaned, Windows Cleaned In & Out, Polish Wax, Tire Dressing, and Air Freshner for $22.99. I have to pay more for the interior dressing! The guy at the front desk did tell me there won't be interior dressing, so I was warned. But man, other places do it for free, so why can't they? You have to pay more than $23 for that?? Not to mention, the interior wasn't super clean too. The exterior did look clean, but upon close inspection, it wasn't exceptional. I brought my 2010 F-150 to Euclid Hand Car Wash in Anaheim expecting a simple basic wash and interior cleaning. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell my mom into an expensive "showroom finish" service, claiming the truck was too muddy for anything basic. We were charged $250, and the results were unacceptable. The exterior looks like they sprayed on a greasy tire shine and didn't even bother wiping it down. The rims were not properly cleaned, and the tire shine is still dripping and slung all over the inner plastic. It looks sloppy and rushed. The interior is even worse -- everything feels oily and greasy, like they just sprayed product everywhere without actually detailing or finishing the job. The truck honestly looked better before we brought it in. I would have rather kept it muddy than have it returned in this condition. The sad part is that my parents used to bring this truck here all the time, and in the past the quality and pricing were always great. That's why this experience was so disappointing -- this time they completely dropped the ball. For the price they charge here, you could easily get a much higher quality interior and exterior detail from a mobile detailer, done professionally at the convenience of your own home. This was not worth the money at all. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for real detailing work. read more

Took in my brand new truck . Only had it a month and wanted a hand wash since we have a paint coat on . The guy writing up the ticket right away fights me up for the $80 to do water spot treatment and said the inside is super dirty . I said it's not that dirty it's only a month old and just needed a vacuuming. He offers me a discount which it still makes it a very expensive simple handwash . This place is packed so I figured i took it to a really good place .30 mins later he finds me to ask why I need a hand wash since it's not lowered or anything like that . I said I just want it for the paint . They end up doing it in the back of the shop and man it was terrible . After tip I end up still paying $80 and I was waiting 2 hrs !!! When I start driving the front windshield has smudges and the rims were cleaned good . They put so wax cream all over the truck and it was not rubbed it good at all . My black handles were white and had to be rubbed off . My husband was so bummed we paid that much and he had to spend a while still cleaning the truck after them . The inside was pretty clean and shiny but not at all worth the money I spend . I will not be back and will continue just taking it to Orange where I usually would go . I really wanted this place to work out since it's down the street but it didn't. You would think that all tiers of washes would be 100% hand-washed based on the massive sign outside but they're not. What they actually do is put your car on a conveyer and send it through the tunnel. I pulled up to the back of the lot and was told that my never-lowered, non-modded coupe with the same ground clearance as a regular sedan might be too low for the conveyer and since they don't want to damage it, they will need to actually hand-wash it for an extra $15. I would've left right then but I desperately needed a good wash due to numerous sap and bird droppings so I ponied up to see what kind of a job they could do. The wash was super fast, leading me to believe that they didn't really too much beyond soap, scrub, and a hose down. I chose the cheapest tier (no interior work/vacuum) since I was not planning on paying an extra $15 when I went and with tip, the total came out to $38. I gave the stars for successfully removing the droppings, which is why I went in the first place. But I could've done the exact same thing myself at a self-wash for $10-15, which is what I did the following week. I won't be returning. read more

Okay so I wasn't going to upload this review because I just wanted to leave it alone but whatever now, a few months ago I brought my Scat Pack Charger here for their $175 detail for their mini paint correction to clean up a few spots. The car came out and they removed what I asked, the problem is that after the wax washed off in the rain the next few days the car was absolutely COVERED in swirls from the buffing pad. These people have absolutely 0 idea what they're doing. I charged it back with my bank and they actually fought to reverse it... even with their shitty service. Nobody made this right and now this will end up costing even more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE. I will gladly update this review with clear photos when I can. read more

This place will upsell you and add bs fees. Usually there's a small fee for larger vehicles but my small subi got a small fee because it has a lot of trim. It's always annoying saying I want a gold wash then the salesmen says "no you don't want that, let me show you something that cost 4x more" then I say no then they keep trying to haggle. I got the full interior/exterior detail today. They got off 15 years of tree sap and gunk off exteriors of car, looks brand new especially preserving the paint. My car is so old...doesn't even have back up camera. I had the works done and my car feels brand new! I see the reviews of this place not that great but my philosophy is never be in a rush if you are going to 1) get a haircut 2) going to dentist or 3) getting house or car cleaned. Seriously, if you rush people...don't be mad if they do a crappy job. True they try to sale you extras but speak to manager, they may cut you a deal if you are willing to do more stuff to the car. Bring your car in early morning or non rush hours (avoid noon time rush) and they will do a fantastic job. I went in a Monday early noon and it took about 2.5-3 hours. I shopped at TJ max and had lunch. Take care of your car and it will save you money in the long run. Thank you Euclid car wash! I will def come back for monthly car wash. read more

I have had my car washed here a few times, and overall the workers here do a good job detailing and washing cars here. What drove my rating up to five stars is because a couple of times, they have really saved my hide. One time, I had to get a full interior detail after soda got all over the interior of my car due to an accident (the force of the accident knocked the cup out of the cup holder). They did their best to finish the interior detail as quickly as possible since I was waiting for the car to get done. They did a great job, and the interior of the car is still pretty clean even a year and a half later. Another time, after my car wash, the battery on my car went out. They got the battery hood off for me and waited with me until roadside assistance came and jumped my car. They said they would have jumped the car themselves, but the jumper cables and such went with their mobile detailing vehicle, which was out at the time. The only reason I do not go here as often as I should is because of the distance of this place from my home. I generally have to get on the freeway to get here. That said, full-service car washes that do a good job can be hard to find, but this place does a good job. read more

Personal mal educado, me rayaron mi carro, se hicieron tontos a la hora de querer hablar con alguien, despues me dijeron que eso ya estaba rayado que hasta yo lo habia retocado del golpe (cosa que no es cierto) lo acabo de sacar de agencia, si bien no es un carro del año, antes de sacarlo de la agencia lo revise bien de todo a todo por lo mismo. Me dijeron que esperara de 24 a 48 horas para tenerme respues, y que creen?? Obviamente NADA!! No se han comunicado conmigo, ya pasaron las 48 horas, me dicen que han estado muy ocupados y que no han podido. Tengo que regresar al fin del dia de hoy porque se que si no estoy llendo se van hacer tontos y nada me van a decir. Eso sin contar que es la cuarta y ultima ves que vengo solo porque es el mas cerca de mi casa, y todas las otras veces que se lavi, NUNCA parecia carro recien lavado. Asi que si quieren que les rayen su carro y no se hagan responsables de ello y salgan con mil excusas o les regresen su carro sucio y se queden con su dinero, adelante, los invito a que tomen el servicio de este autolavado! UPDATE: Despues de un mes batallando que se hagan responsables, segun el encargado "SAM" me envia priebas de que mi carro ya estaba asi, lp cual estoy segura que no es asi, pero bueno les pongo las fotos que me envio y las fotos donde esta el daño, son 2 diferentes partes, porque en las que segun el tiene el daño ya mi carro, era suciedad y se puede ver clamaramente, despues en los correos que me envio, me envia las mismas fotos que le tomo despues del reclamo, osea uso las mismas fotos, hasta me veo en el reflejo en una de ellas, es demas!!!! Y la conclusion que me dio tambien la agrego como prueba. No soy la unica que se esta quejando dep mal servicio y que no trabajan bien asi que istedes saquen sus conclusiones, si a mi ellos no me quieren responder por lo menos me voy encaegar que clientes sepan lo que es este ligar, y lp hago porque es mi derecho, y no me gustaria que alguien mas le pasara almenos ya estan advertidos. Even with separate transactions the boy cashier refused to let me get cash back but let my husband get it. He kept saying only $20 per transaction. Am I not paying a separate transaction? Wtf?
