If I could rate this less than one star I would. I went there this morning (March 28) and got a car wash here and it was absolutely terrible. My windows were still completely dirty and I feel my damn water hose woulda did a better job. I used to come here for years and loved it but it's truly gone downhill and yet they higher their prices smh. Horrible wash. I came in with my jeep and I literally didn't get any of the brushes to touch my vehicle. I tried to speak with someone there about it and was told jeeps don't get any brushes period. I specifically asked if my jeep would get clean and washed before I even paid. Not even a super thin layer of dust was cleaned off. Save your money I would go somewhere else it's a total rip off. Went to go there and printed out the free car wash coupon on their website. Didn't know they offered free car washes on your birthday as well! The basic car wash took about 5 mins. There is a staff on stand by just in case anything goes wrong during the wash. After you get out, there are multiple (about 10-15) vacuum stations that you can use for an unlimited amount of time! Just make sure to park at a good vacuum spot to get a strong vacuum. read more

She's a female and she never called me so I decided to call her and she didn't know nothing about it then she found the paper and I let her no it was my side mirror she says she's going to give me a call later to let me know her decision she left me a voicemail afternoon that she never got to it . That's fine I'm a single mother of two I understand we get busy I call her today and she says her policy doesn't cover side mirrors.if your policy didn't cover side mirrors why didn't you say that when I tolled you the first time and what does your policy cover she couldn't answer me that either she didn't under what the question was .she proceeds to tell me that when I go fix my mirror to let her know what the amount is and she will give that amount to me in Car Wash Why the HELL would I bring my car back to this car wash if it just broke my mirror and you are not doing anything about It is very upsetting that they did not do anything about this situation I've been coming here for years and just like that it was a not my problem not even here's half of the money to fix it at less get me glue to fix it . Worst customer service ever. I was wrongfully charged for four monthly memberships when I only needed one. The supervisor and the associates at the location were great they attempted to contact corporate for me. I attempted to contact corporate but to no avail. Will be filing a complaint with the US Federal Business Bureau for faulty practices and money laundering. $120 stolen from me. Stay away! I also don't appreciate them telling me that I'm stupid enough to have chosen the wrong company. I live around the corner, University Educated PhD student. I love this car wash! After 3 memberships with competitors fast5xpress is by far the best!! The fact they have TWO built in dryer sections of the wash is a game changer!! They are also consistently Open I never have to worry that they are not going to be open on time. I also have only once ever had a problem with a vacuum not suctioning to its full potential and this was resolved by just moving to another station apparently someone had sucked up a mask that had prevented that one vacuum from functioning properly they resolved it within minutes. Then, another month it was $40 of gas $1 carwash which it's fine. Then, 2 weeks went by it was $40 of gas $2 for carwash. Now, 2 weeks goes by $40 of gas and carwash is $2.99. Their prices for carwash it's inconsistent which is annoying! Because I got my cash ready for the carwash since I don't carry cash I used my debit card they charge $1 to used my card. With the carwash prices constantly changing and Arco gas is not even good quality gas. I only go there for the cheap carwash. I'm going to stopped coming here and go back to getting gas at Costco and go back to my carwash membership. Atleast, that carwash really gets the dirt of my car. read more

Pros: Good carwash with a buy Premium wash for $14, get second half off with receipt. Membership prices are reasonable if you get at least one wash per week. However, it's limited to a single vehicle. Free vacuums that really suck!! As in, will clean out your change bin or eat that Premium wash receipt if your not careful. Willing to allow you a second run through if you're not satisfied with results. I've taken advantage of this once. But only recommend if second wash is seriously needed AND they are not busy. Highly recommend getting a couple of their microfiber towels ($2 ea in vending machines) or bring your own. I use two for drying and one for rims. Cons: If you have a low-profile vehicle, the Armor All Tire Shine applicator will apply it along the entire length of your car. This is okay on black/dark vehicles, but leaves black streaks on white/light vehicles. To avoid, ask your operator to "pull back the Armor All." However, you will not get the Tire Shine you paid for. You could also purchase an Armor All package for $2 and apply yourself. Does not wash break dust off rims. If they are not busy, I ask the operator to hit the rims on both sides with their prewash spray. It helps but still not perfect. read more
