This place used be a good deal when it was $5 for a car wash and $25 for a monthly pass but now it's way too overpriced. One wash now is $9 and a monthly pass is now $50. Wow. That's way too much for a subpar car wash. Not only did the price go up but they cut the air dry cycle at the end significantly and the vacuums only work half the time or the suction is not strong at all. The workers who work there are not very friendly or courteous. It's a shame this place has gone down hill so fast. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

We have tried numerous times to cancel our monthly membership with this place and they keep charging our bank. We went in personally to cancel membership the first time and person that got message said he was going to deliver message to the person in charge of cancelling membership. Nothing done, keep charging my card. Second time went in and spoke with another person and wanted to pass on message again. We finally said we need something in writing to know we've tried canceling with you in case my card was charged again, bank requested proof. They had us text someone that we were there to cancel. They need to have some kind of professional protocol when it comes to canceling membership. So people don't fall for them telling you such thing. Make sure you get proof when you cancel it. After all this hassle, our card was still being charged. Finally with the proof we had we were able to dispute and cancel all incoming charges from this place. Pretty much, this place stole 3 months worth of membership, because we weren't able to get that money back from bank. So irritating when it comes to people stealing from others. read more

I was serviced by Mario today at Splash Express in Perris. Called myself saving my hubby for washing the car. So glad I stopped. The area was clean and Mario serviced with a great smile. After the wash I noticed I still had bugs on my front bumper. Mario took care of the problem without hesitation. My car looks wonderful. It service was fast and Mario made sure I was satisfied. I got the Tsunami 30 day membership. It says that it comes with tire clean and a tire shine, but not once were my tires clean or shined. About 50% of the vacuums were functional during each visit. I always had to go into another spot and hope that vacuum worked. The pay booth is right at the entrance of the car wash tunnel, so each car takes forever to get through. Especially if someone is signing up for a membership, that will take an easy 10 minutes. So don't expect a speedy wash when you're crunched on time. I asked the attendant to cancel my membership, but he told me that he didn't know how and I had to call customer service. They said I was signed up for the 30 day membership so I shouldn't be charged, that will be TBD. read more

When my husband and I come to get our vehicles washed Mario always does an amazing job with great customer service. He is always friendly and kind with a great attitude. I remember one time a lady in front of us was being difficult with him and he was calm and handled it very well. When it was our turn he didn't let that bother him and bounced back and didn't take it out on us. He was the same friendly person he has always been. That was very much appreciated. He also keeps us updated on the specials that are going on and let's us know the value of the deal. Our cars always come out clean enough where we only have to do a small wipe down. I come here often because its close to In and out. The wash is quick but always leave spots on my back window. Its weird for the rest of the car to look clean except for the back. They should do something about the machine. read more

If I could select "0" stars I would! I can start by saying that this place is not professional and has provided me with bad customer service! I've tried cancelling my membership with them for the past 5 months and they are still charging me monthly.... My wife sent a bad Yelp review 2 months ago regarding the same situation which manager/owner replied to her with the best contact number to resolve issue (see below). I called the number provided and spoke with a man who appeared to be the business owner, he mention he would take care of it.. It's October now and my card is still being charged. After all this frustration, I got on the phone with my bank and tried disputing the charge, however this was not possible. Bank teller called the business owner to try to cancel membership and was told he couldn't cancel it with him. When I tried calling the number again, the call wouldn't go through anymore (I assume I was blocked from calling that number). BOTTOM LINE, the only thing I've received from this place has been frustration and negligence when it came down to cancelling my membership especially during these tough times. Good luck to those people that want to cancel memberships with this nasty place! read more
