Tried this place for the first time. Lady taking order just assumed we were paying with a card and was upcharging us. You could see the irritation on her face when we pulled out cash. We ordered 3 steak tacos and 1 lengua taco, all with cheese added for an extra. 50 cents per taco. No big deal. The lady took our money and gave us the change back and sat there waiting and staring at the tip jar on the counter to see if we were going to put any money in the jar. Our food finally arrived and my wife wanted to open the tacos right away because she didn't think they added the cheese we paid extra for. We sat down at one of the tables and started pulling the tacos out of the bag. At this point it wasn't the cheese that I was concerned about, it was the size of the tacos. Look at my pictures. I put one of the sauce cups next to the wrapped taco to give you an idea how small these tacos were. I also took a picture with my hand next to it for a similar comparison. Nowhere on the menu did it say the tacos were mini street tacos. These tacos cost us with the cheese added $4.05 each. The only reason for the three stars is that the tacos were very good. I'm not giving it more because they don't make you aware these are expensive mini tacos. Enough said. read more

Staff was great. The food was amazing. They were very attentive to us. We did have a burrito, and enchiladas and chips and pico. The burritos was stale and had good flavors. The enchiladas were al pastor and that was phenomenal. Such a great flavor. I will say I am use the green sauce being more mild not here. The red was and is had a nice Smokey flavor. The pico was very tasty. The mild was still a spicy but not bad I was able to eat it. They have a nice dining area and a bar for cocktails. We did not have one but maybe next time. They were also fast and there was not a long wait for the food. Easy to get in and out They also had sitting outside for a nice day it would be refreshing. They have some cool art on the walls. Hands down my favorite taco spot in town. Fast, consistent, delicious, and traditional. They always remember us. Staff is very kind. Almost know the order by heart. Love that type of service. Great margaritas too when the bar is open in the evening. No pics of that because this was a lunch drop in. Highly recommend. read more

Tried this place for the first time. There's a lot of options when it comes to Mexican in the region. Right off the bat before I placed my order the lady asked if I was paying cash or credit. So this place uses. What I call the Covid excuse. Charge more to the customer if paying via card. Before Covid restaurants never did this. At least this place did ask first rather then not saying and it showing up on the bill. As we become more of a cashless society and people not caring a lot of paper money I find this unacceptable and immediately I don't return. As far as the food. It was okay and average of a place like this serves. I ordered a chicken burrito and they brought me steak. Not a biggy, they fixed it fast. But thought I'd mention it being someone else wrote about the same thing but he carried it out and found out later. As mentioned earlier there's a lot of places in the area. I love this place! Traditional Mexican cuisine. Come often to pick up for lunch and my go to are the tacos, steak and chicken. They are "street taco" size which means small but they generally pack them in. The steak is grilled flank steak which is trimmed, no worries about eating any gristle! I also enjoy their burrito, again I opt for steak and hold the onions. Otherwise, it's packed full of goodness! Employees are always friendly and service is fast! My son enjoys the beef tongue tacos, which you cannot always find at other Mexican restaurants. read more

Very happy to see the new location with expanded seating and a full bar. Very pleased with the size and taste of the burritos. Big and yummy. Tacos are well prepared too. Be aware that the quesadillas are small and the nachos are what I would call a half portion. Tasty but not worth the price. Just not enough food there. Exactly as the name suggests, fast easy cheap Mexican food. The torta was ready in less than 5 minutes and it sure did taste like it. Ordered from fastacos a few times and it's usually fairly good but this time was absolutely terrible. The title of this review should be where is the beef. Ordered two steak burritos. There wasn't enough meat on the two of them for a decent taco. First bite was nothing but burrito tortilla Second bite was nothing but burrito tortilla. Finally got to the inside and there was maybe three pieces of meat visible throughout. I'm getting sick and tired of paying more and getting less, but this was almost nonexistent. thought chipotle was stingy on their meat but fastacos burrito looked like it was vegan. Ever since my wife and I moved to Woodstock we have been looking for a place we could call our "Go To" for good Mexican food, and we have finally found it at FasTacos!!! For $25 we got two delicious tacos, two equally delicious burritos, and an order of nachos. The food tasted great and the serving sizes were more than fair for what we paid. FasTacos can take pride in offering customers really good food at a great price, what more can I say? Everything is soggy. They don't cook the quesadillas or anything else. They microwave the insides and though them into tortillas. All menus are ala cart. Asked fir avocado on the side and put it in the taco. Terrible. Soggy and discolored. Don't go there. read more

Super over this place. Every time I have gone in the past few months, they have screwed up my order. I get 2 chorizo tacos, no cilantro and add avocado. This is not neuroscience. What can you say? I moved to Massachusetts 3 years ago and miss this consistently delicious place. Everywhere else you go for authentic Mexican, you get a burrito slathered in cheese and sour cream that cheapens the whole experience. Not here. This review is for their Huntley location. I do have to start out by saying that the actual meat in the tacos were delicious the time I went here prior to my most recent experience. It had really good flavor and it seemed like great cuts of meat. My issue with this place are the sanitary conditions. I had noticed that after the cashier had rung me out and handled money he proceeded to go to the back and start touching all the food to assemble my tacos without washing my hands or even have gloves on. After I saw this I couldn't eat my meal and never returned. If you go here, please keep an eye on how your food is being prepared because this is a major health hazard. read more
