I tried to get an estimate. It was a free evaluation so I thought that was a good thing. During the evaluation, my window was broken via the bad area the business is in. Seemed weird shortly after refusing service on the vehicle that now my back window is completely broken, and nobody at the shop seems to know how it happened. Imagine you took your car to BMW and they broke your car window and denied responsibility. This is the kind of service you'll get with Billy. Unless you like getting your things broken, I wouldn't come here. read more

My car died during the stay at home order and I needed to get it fixed quickly because I have a job that is considered essential. Within an hour Billy's tow truck picked up on car, Billy called me less then two hours after and said I needed a new car battery. He was able to replace the car battery, change the oil in my car at my request, and provided a quote for another part that I needed to have replaced. I don't have another car and had no way to pick my car back up and so he offered to bring it back since one of his drivers would be passing by my house to go to another client. I've never had a better experience with a towing company before. I got a flat tire from a pothole and Billy's was there within 15 minutes. They gave me a great rate and told me they could fix my car at their shop. I got a call the next day saying that they couldn't fix my tire because they did not have the right machine for the size of my tire. This yelp review is a tad bit late but I just want to give a huge thank you to Shannon and talk about how much Billy's towing helped me. I had just moved here from Oregon and got a flat tire in a shopping center. No big deal, thought I would try and change it but the short version is everything that could go wrong did. I ended calling Billy's for some help and Shannon was there promptly. What an amazing guy! He ended up putting our spare on which happened to not have a lot of air either. Shannon followed us to the gas station to make sure we made it to air it up. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all of your help that day! My car broke down on 441 and 53 ave the day before Thanksgiving. Every tow truck we called were two to three hrs out. We called Billy's and they were right there. Shannon was the nicest man. I wrote this review out of anger and these guys were doing the best they could given the tough circumstances I had for them and I was mainly frustrated when everything almost looked worse when I got home while under a bunch of stress. It was unfair to be so harsh on these guys as they've been around for so many years for an obvious reason. These guys actually have a pretty good set up going on, my time crunch on them made a relatively complicated job tougher and they did a pretty damn good job. The adhesive is still visible on my brakes but fortunately matches the inside trim and other red parts in my car. Sorry for a misleading and improperly made review. read more

I started my relationship with Billy's due to their T owning service. My sons car was pouring out smoke and sounded horrible. When I realized they were a towing and repair shop, I was very pleased. They tow truck driver was very kind and respectful. They took the car to their shop and by that afternoon I had received a call from billy to inform me of the extent of the damages. He was very honest with the options for repairs. It turned out to be a worst case scenario in which my son needed a new car. During this process we brought prospective cars to Billy to look over for us. He did this as a courtesy. Within an hour of calling they had dropped me at home and my truck was on the way to their shop (and this was during lunch hour traffic). I had my truck back within a few days with a new clutch. When I was still driving a beater, Billy would recommend that I NOT do work on it, taking money out of his own pocket, and kept it running until I could afford something better.
