Love's Travel Stop always has been a favorite of mine. They even added a dog park, which I thought was super awesome! I came in here for a map, yes, an old-school map because I love taking back roads. I did find one big one of the US, but that's not what I was looking for. But, if I was looking for a purse, a hat, a shirt, electronics, or anything to eat or drink, I would've been in luck. This place has a little bit of everything! Just stopped to let the dogs potty - since we didn't need gas this time hubby picked up dog piles left by very inconsiderate dog owners. I so appreciate Love's when they can makes blacktop large enough to allow a 40' motorhome with tow car to stop for a few minutes to let the dogs get relief. We always gas up at Loves, and the thoughtful addition of dog parks, even knowing so many dog owners are yucky and leave messes, well, the parks are very much appreciated for pups to strectch their legs. read more

When I looked it up, this Love's had cheap gas. By the time I arrived, it wasn't cheap any more (times 24 gallons!) but I didn't want to chance running out. Oh, well. The station is easy to access for large vehicles with a high cover over the pump area. Squeegees present for cleaning windshields and no trash was spotted in the parking area. I love this gas station, they have great deals on food and chargers. The employees have all been nice and carried a positive attitude, a gem these days. OMG after a very long three hours of driving, I couldn't take it anymore and took a chance on stopping at this place "Love's", a brand I'm not familiar with. To my surprise, the bathrooms were immaculate. there's a McDonald's and an auto parts store inside of this convenient store. They have all the usual items expected and some touristy things, food, mobile accessories and (surprisingly) fruit (in plastic cups). I will now pay attention to this brand "Love's" and stop whenever I am in need. read more

My family and I stopped here on the way to and from Tampa. This gas station is extremely clean- both the restrooms and the store. The women's restroom has automatic soap, sinks, paper towel dispensers/dryers, and antibacterial soap. It was spotless down to dry counters- a rarity at a gas station! The store has big sections of phone accessories and souvenirs including clothing and kids' toys. It is connected to a McDonalds that looked clean, as well. As of May 24th, there are signs on the front door informing that the county is requiring masks for entry and stickers on the floor to promote social distancing. We will be stopping at this Love's every time we drive to Tampa! read more

Reasonable gas prices and clean restrooms....exactly what I want on a road trip. This Love's has a McDonald's attached to it but we didn't grab anything from there. We'd just left Grannie's in Starke so we just needed a quick pit stop and some fuel. I've got a running list of places I will stop on road trips and I've added this spot to the list! Taking a short cut through Ocala to JAX on US-301, you'll come across this Love's in Hawthorne. It's a nice, spacious stop with plenty of parking, a really stocked convenience store, a gas bar and a McDonald's as well. The McD's is small and attached to the main store were the restrooms are located. The McD's has a drive through as well in case you don't want to get out and order. The restaurant is sort of a mini McD's but a full blown menu McD's all the same. My wife had to get a coffee and get a me a water for the drive. 24 Hours! read more

Traveling on rural US-301 and avoiding speed traps is about as enjoyable as a root canal. Finding a decent place to stop is difficult, especially late at night. This new Love's Travel Stop is an oasis in the desert. It's brand new (as of August 2016) and offers me a well needed pit stop in the middle of my journey. They're also open 24 hours a day, which is obviously quite convenient. The bathrooms are huge and clean. The food choices for a hot meal are pretty bad. They have hot dogs and hot-dog-shaped-things spinning on those rollers that you see at any convenience store. There is an attached McDonald's as well. Neither of those is going to work for me, but there are grab-and-go options I can use as an alternative. I'm glad that this is here now. read more

Mom review: I had to change my 11 month old son on our trip home on Black Friday. I must say this is the best truck stop I've ever stepped into in the state of Florida. Changing tables in both bathrooms, AND they had two hooks to hang your bag on! Nothing is worst than digging around with a floppy baby on the table. Plenty of goodies and toys for the kids too. Very clean. Bonus McDonalds next door. This is a must stop before jumping onto 75 or if you can hold it long enough after 75. read more

Hi I'm a truck drivers wife and we stopped to fuel here at this love's store #620 and they had the truck side door locked to the store for the TRUCK Drivers who spend at least 4 to 5 hundred dollars alone in their store, but they had the door open on the car side and made it convenient for cars.Last time I checked this is a Truck Stop. This is a great pit stop! There's a McDonald's with a drive-thru attached to the Love's. Gas station with big convenience store, even includes extra items like a little "tech shop" with chargers and such. One of the cleanest gas station bathrooms I've ever seen! The manager in the McDonald's is ridiculous. She screamed for someone to come pick up an order and when no one answered she threw it onto the counter in the back....after about 10 minutes someone said something and all she said was "oh".
